Lies:
I love whoever is staring back at me
Nothing specific happened
I don't fucking care
My head feels like someone drove over it with a truck.
Seventeen times.
Make it eighteen.
I groan to myself when my alarm goes off and I instantly regret everything that happened last night. That is, if I could remember any of it, but it must have been wild considering how wrecked I feel. All the memories of last night have disappeared into a black pit of nothing.
I for sure got drunk, and somehow got home alright. I did forget to put pajamas on though as I look down at my wrinkled silk dress from last night clinging to my body. I remember putting it on, I remember walking into a shity party with Eli and then nothing. I'm glad I'm not waking up next to him. At least if I do, I'd want to remember everything that happened prior to falling asleep and waking up. Speaking of Eli, his name flashes across my screen as soon as my eyes manage to focus on something else than my eternal brain fog.
Eli:
I'm so sorry Cé.
I frown at my screen, and I have absolutely no idea what he's talking about, but I'm about to find out.
Me:
What happened last night?
I don't remember
My brain is fried...
Eli:
You don't remember?
Anything?
At all?
Me:
All I know is that I have a bad taste in my mouth
The inside of nose feels burned
I'm hungover, but I somehow got home
...Safe
The rest has disappeared into nothingness
Eli:
You don't remember me taking you home?
Me:
No...?
What are you apologizing for though?
Eli:
