A week has past, a week of me trying to find Rémy's socials, but apparently, he doesn't have any. No pictures of him with other girls, no droolworthy hockey shots... No way for me to put on my detective hat and find any potential exes, if he even has any. I get it though... I cleaned up my own Instagram account before settling here. Since my old friends all unfollowed me the day I got here, I put my account on private so there was no way they could still enjoy or mock all the details about my new life.

He might not have any socials but he does have a phone, which he used very wisely to check up on me after he left my dorm, exactly one week ago.

He told me I was going to pass math.

He said he had a great time.

He asked if everything was okay after Heather's outburst.

I told him it was thanks to him.

I told him, same.

And then I lied.

I told him "Everything is okay", but it was far from it.

Heather yelled at me for a good twenty seconds, threw anything she could find at my head and then she went completely silent.

Let me tell you, it was earie.

Ever since, she has been ignoring me.

She doesn't look at me, she doesn't talk.

She doesn't yell or scowl at me either.

But no, it's not okay.

And then let's not talk about Eli, who has been trying to get to me through every social outlet I'm on. I keep blocking him, but how long until he decides to show up in front of my door, or at one of my classes.

I have been in a state of heightened awareness for the past seven days, anxiously expecting things to go wrong. However only one thing made all of it worth it.

One person.

Rémy freaking Miller.

Who would have thought.

The boy with the most amazing fucking eyes.

I haven't seen him since we almost kissed at my dorm, but you could say we have been - texting.

Mostly playful banter, how are you doing, what are you doing, sending each other funny memes, wishing him good luck for his game last weekend, you know, making sure we are aware of each other's existence. I might or might not have been able to stop myself from sending him an occasional flirty text, trying to address the tension between us.
