As I sat in my room, my mind was still buzzing with the revelations shared by my mother, Isaac joined me, taking a seat beside me on the bed. There's a warmth in his eyes, a love that radiates from him, and I couldn't help but smile at his presence.

I took a deep breath, gathering my thoughts, and then I turned to him, unable to contain the excitement bubbling within me. "Isaac, you won't believe what my mom just told me," I exclaimed, my voice filled with a mix of astonishment and enthusiasm.

He grined, his eyes sparkling with curiosity. "Well, don't keep me in suspense, Bella. What's the scoop?" he asked, leaning closer with an eagerness mirrored in his voice.

"Okay, get ready for this," I said, excitement lacing every word. "Turns out, as you know that I'm a copycat witch, which means I can mimic the powers of other supernatural beings. But here's the kicker—because of my lycan blood, I've got this whole extra level of strength and instinct going on."

Isaac's jaw dropped, his expression a perfect mix of shock and awe. "No way! You're like a supernatural power sponge," he exclaimed, his eyes widening with amazement. "That's incredible, Bella. You're a force to be reckoned with!"

I laughed, feeling a rush of excitement coursing through me. "Tell me about it! But wait, there's more. My mom thinks Athena has been after me since I was born because she sensed the power I had. She saw me as a threat," I explained, relaying my mother's words with enthusiasm.

Isaac's eyes narrowed in concern, but there was a glimmer of determination in them. "Well, we can't let Athena get away with that, can we?" he said, a playful smirk tugging at the corner of his lips. "You've got all this untapped power, Bella. It's time to unleash the beast, or in this case, the witch within."

I rolled my eyes, but a smile tugs at my own lips. "Ha ha very funny," I nudged him playfully. "But you're right. It's time for me to tap into my true potential and give Athena a taste of her own medicine."

Isaac's expression turned serious, his hand reached for mine and intertwined our fingers. "Bella, I believe in you. I've seen your strength, your determination. With your powers there's nothing we can't overcome," he said, his voice was filled with sincerity and love.

I felt my heart swell at his words, and I squeezed his hand in return. "Thank you, Isaac. Your support means the world to me," I said, my voice filled with gratitude and affection. "Together, we'll face whatever challenges come our way."

Isaac leaned in, planting a gentle kiss on my cheek. "That's the spirit, my love," he whispered, his voice filled with adoration. "We're in this together, and I couldn't imagine a more powerful and amazing partner by my side."

As we sat there, hand in hand, a renewed sense of determination and love enveloped us. Our quiet conversation came to a halt as the door abruptly swung open, causing us both to turn our heads in surprise.

Standing in the doorway, Nate appeared disheveled, his chest heaving as if he had just sprinted a marathon. He seemed relieved, his eyes scanning the room with a mixture of gratitude and amusement.

"Thank God I didn't find you guys in a... compromising position," Nate exclaimed breathlessly, his words tumbling out in a rush. "I am so glad! Thank you, God!"

Isaac and I exchanged perplexed glances, unsure of what had brought about Nate's peculiar outburst. Isaac's lips curled into a half-smile, trying to stifle his amusement.

"Nate, what's with the dramatic entrance?" Isaac asked, a hint of laughter lacing his voice.

Nate's face flushed slightly, embarrassment mingling with his lingering breathlessness. "I...uh... I found a way to stop Athena," he managed to say, his voice more composed now.
