Third Person Pov

Luka Couffaine had always been known for his laid-back and carefree nature.

As a doting father to his twin daughters, Melody and Harmony, he loved to surprise them with unexpected gifts.

And today was no exception. Despite his wife's reservations, Luka had set his heart on getting a trampoline for his beloved girls.

The only problem was that he had no clue where to find one.

One sunny morning, Luka called up his best friends, Adrien Agreste and Niño Lahiffe.

He knew that with their combined wit and resourcefulness, they could tackle any challenge.

"Hey, guys! I've got a mission for us," Luka announced with a mischievous grin as he met them at their usual hangout spot during the weekends.

Adrien, always up for an adventure, raised an eyebrow. "I'm in, of course. What's the mission, Luka?"

"I want to buy a trampoline for Melody and Harmony, but (Y/N) isn't exactly thrilled about the idea," Luka explained.

Niño chimed in, a twinkle of excitement in his eyes. "I need a day off from my wicked- But very beloved wife! We'll find that trampoline, no matter what it takes!"

With their spirits high, the trio embarked on their quest.

They visited several sporting goods stores, toy shops, and even scoured the internet for deals.

But every time they found a trampoline that suited their needs, Luka would hesitate, worried about (Y/N)'s disapproval.

Adrien, known for his charismatic nature, tried to reassure Luka. "Don't worry, Luka. We'll find the perfect trampoline that even (Y/N) will love!"

Finally, after hours of searching, they stumbled upon a store that had the exact trampoline they were looking for.

It was sturdy, equipped with safety nets, and had a rainbow-colored design that would surely make Melody and Harmony jump with joy.

Luka couldn't contain his excitement and dialed (Y/N)'s number, hoping to convince her. "Hey, babe! The boys and I found a trampoline that's just perfect for the girls. Can I get it?"

"Oh- So that's where you've been." (Y/N)'s voice didn't even sound amused, and Luka could already imagine the stoic expression she was wearing.

Nonetheless, the cheeriness never left Luka's lips, "Can I get it?" He sounded like an excited child, eager to get something that he desperately wanted.

(Y/N)'s voice crackled with concern over the phone. "Luka, are you sure about this? Trampolines can be dangerous, especially for young children."

Luka took a deep breath, his eyes darting toward Adrien and Niño. "Trust me, (Y/N). We've done our research, and this one has all the safety features. Besides, the girls will have a blast!"

After a moment of silence, (Y/N) sighed, knowing she couldn't resist Luka's determination. "Alright, but promise me you'll keep a close eye on them while they play."

With (Y/N)'s reluctant approval, Luka, Adrien, and Niño eagerly brought the trampoline home and set it up in the backyard.

They were like kids on Christmas morning, itching to bounce around.

Melody and Harmony stared wide-eyed from the window, their faces lighting up with delight.

They've seen people using the trampoline online, but never did they imagine of having one.

That's just one of the many perks of having Luka as a father- He'll splurge, alot.

Melody was the first to come up to her father, jumping around excitedly as she spoke, "Daddy, can we try it now?"

Harmony has the same giddy expression on, which she hid behind her snake plushie.

Luka chuckled. "Of course, my little acrobats, but first, let me show you how it's done!"

Before anyone knew it, Luka, Adrien, and Niño were bouncing around the trampoline with unmatched enthusiasm.

They performed outrageous jumps, somersaults, and even attempted some poorly executed acrobatics.

Laughter filled the air as the three friends let loose, forgetting their age and responsibilities for a moment.

The twins were joyously watching their father jump around the trampoline with their uncles, then the two heard their mother holler from inside their home, "Hey kids? Have you seen your daddy? I need to talk to hi-"

The sight of Luka and his friends bouncing like giddy teenagers brought a smile to (Y/N)'s face.

She leans against the doorframe, arms crossed and a small chuckle escaped her lips.

(Y/N) didn't have anything to worry about, because there was no way that the twins would be able to use the trampoline.

Not with Luka and his boys jumping on it. It was truly a sight to behold, and (Y/N)'s heart swelled in her chest.

She then nudges her twin daughters, "Do you think your dad would let us try later?" She asked the two.

Harmony quickly shook her head, "Not a chance." She bluntly said, her eyes glaring at her father's direction.

While she enjoys watching her dad have fun, she wanted to have a little fun herself.

Same goes for Melody, as she quickly crosses her arms. "Maybe we can use it tomorrow." The little girl nodded her head.

"Yeah, tomorrow." (Y/N) agreed with her daughter. "We can call up your Auntie Alya and Mari- See if we can set up a play date for you guys."

As the day went on, Luka and his friends continued their trampoline escapades, their energy seemingly endless.

In the end, the trampoline became not only a source of joy for the twins but also a reminder that sometimes, grown-ups need to let loose and have some fun.

And as Luka bounced alongside his friends, he couldn't help but feel grateful for the laughter that filled his home.

And so, Luka's trampoline adventure became a testament to the power of play, friendship, and the enduring spirit of a father who was willing to go to great lengths to put a smile on his children's faces.

Even if it meant sacrificing his own dignity for a day.

From that day forward, whenever the trampoline beckoned, Luka, Adrien, and Niño would be there.

Ready to bounce into another adventure- Keeping the childlike spirit alive within their hearts and reminding themselves of the joy that comes from a simple leap into the air.
