Finally our college bus was parked, I got off the bus with Cali, mine and Cali jaw dropped looking at the building. "OMG we are outside Teen Vogue office" Cali squealed. I looked at her not knowing what to say and just nod.

"Are you not excited" she ask looking confused

"Of course I am, I just don't know how to show it", I said.

"Okay everyone so we are going to meet the editor, I had to go through a lot to make an appointment with her and finally we are here today, so I want everyone to behave nicely", she said

"Can we already go inside", someone said, she rolled her eyes and we all got in, Everyone inside was dressed in latest fashion, it was a different world inside, there were some models who I have seen them in magazines being interviewed in a room, I was already hyperventilating, one of the girl working at the reception guided us to the editor room.

"Okay everyone she 's going to just give you a little idea about writing skills and how to take interview and if she has time few of might get a chance for the mock interview", Miss Ellie said. We were escorted to a conference room by the receptionist. We all took our seats, I looked around the conference and was admiring every work. Finally the Editor was here "Amy Astley" we all got up out of respect

"She looks so elegant" Cali murmured, I just nod along. She really did look refined.

"Oh you all can sit", she said, she took the middle chair from where she can have a quite good look at everyone, my hands were becoming clammy due to nervousness.

"Well I don't have much time, got some important work after 30mintues", she said

"Oh that's fine", Miss Ellie said. Ms Astley gave us some important points, we all listened to it carefully, I even wrote some of the points on my notepad, and what if I get a chance for the mock interview these points might help me. She even asked if any one does read the magazine and I was the first one to raise my hand she did ask me about some issues and luckily I was able to answer her question, I think she was quite impressed. She even made some jokes in between so make it more interesting. 20 minutes passed and we had 10 minutes more left.

"Okay so I have ten minutes more, so only two people will do the mock interview" she said

"You can choose any one among them", Miss Ellie said

"Um the boy in blue shirt, what's your name?" She asked

"Jamie", he said

"Okay you stay back and Christy you stay back, while rest of you nice meeting you all, you can go down on the second floor and chill at the cafeteria", she said smiling. Miss Ellie and Ms. Astley shake hands and says goodbye. Everyone leaves the room except for three of us. I was so nervous I didn't know if I would be able to impress her or not.

"Okay Jamie you can do the interview first and Christy you wait at the back" she said

"Okay", I said and took one of the seats at the back, I opened my note pad and went through the points. The conference room was quite big, but I could hear Jamie voice and he sounded quite nervous. And I was nervous myself. Exactly after five minutes she called my name and it was my turn. She told me to relax because she could see how nervous I was,

"So do you like writing", she asks

"Um yeah, but I haven't written anything good yet", I said nervously

"No problem, so you are a freshman right?" She asks

"Yeah", I said

"Well I was impressed that you read our magazine every month and you know quite a lot about our background", she said

"Yeah I do read all the issues", I said

"We don't have any internship post right now, but if we give you a chance we should really stand out in your work, why don't you write a good piece of work and email me, if I like it I might give you a post of internship", she said

"What?" I ask in disbelief

"Yeah, you know that young girls like you it's like a dream to work with us, so you should be extraordinary and Miss Ellie told me that you are her favorite student", she said

"She did," I murmured

"Yeah, Well then prepare a good article, five minutes are over, nice meeting you Christy", she said

"Nice meeting you too Ms Astley, I said while shaking her hand". She left the conference room and I squealed. Oh my god I can't believe that she offered me a chance to work with the magazine, am I dreaming, I thought to myself. I walked out of the room and took the lift for the second floor where everyone else was there. I was so happy at least something good happened in my life, now I have to prepare a really good article to impress the Editor. The lift opens at the ground floor. Shit by mistake I have pressed ground floor button and the lift opens.

"Ha... harry", I stutter

"Christy", he said and got in the lift and hugs me and I hug him back, I missed his hug which was so comforting, his smell filled my senses, oh I missed it, the lift door closes.

"What are you doing here? And how did you come to know where I was?" I asked

"Long story, I will tell you later but first, I am really sorry for whatever happened that day and sorry for not calling you, I realize that it was my mistake, these three days were like hell to me, I missed you like anything and now I have realized that how much I need you in my life". He said the lift door opens, I walked out and harry followed me.

"Christy please forgive me", he said stopping me, I turn around and look at him and I could see In his eyes that he do realize his mistakes and even I can't live without talking to him and I want things to work out between us.

"You should have at least called me once", I said tears started brimming in my eyes

"I know I should have, but I thought you might hate me more and I was just giving you some space, I am really sorry", he said

"It's fine, I forgive you", I said

"You do"?, he asks in disbelief

"Yeah I do, now move, Miss Ellie is walking towards us", I said

"Harry what are you doing here"?, she asks

"Um I had some work with Christy," he said

"Well you could have waited till she got back, she was not running anywhere", she said

"It was kind of important so I had to see her", he said,

"Anyways we were leaving", she said

"Miss Ellie is it okay, if Christy can ride back with me"?, he asks running his fingers his hair

"Um, I don't know, if I can allow", she said

"Please Miss Ellie, I promise I will take care of your favorite student", he smirks

"She laughs you better otherwise I will punish you" she said

"Thank you Miss Ellie", he said

"Now go, I will go back in the cafeteria, Christy we both will talk tomorrow", she said smiling and walks away.
