After the two days at Moon Palace came to an end, I found myself snapping back into the realm of reality, realizing that I had actually launched my own business.

I've spent my entire days gazing at my phone and computer screen, watching the sales numbers steadily increase.

It's not that i didn't expect a good outcome - It's just that i'm proud of myself for who i've become 'cause i didn't see myself achieving it this much eight months ago.

Eight months ago when i was trapped in a position of utter dependence, relying on someone who manipulated me into adopting a whole different persona to hide my true emotions and who hid me from the world for his own selfish desires and insecurities.

Gone are the days, right?

I quickly responded to a message from a customer before shifting my attention on Malachi whose eyes are fixed on the screen of his MacBook as he typed.

I powered off mine and rested it on the dining table then walked over to him, placing a leg on his lap.

He lifted his MacBook and placed both my feet on his lap, then leaned back and continued typing.

Not even ago ask a weh dah long epistle deh be about.

"Wahm to yuh now? When yuh come here suh and silent, something wrong enuh," He pointed out and i giggled and lay my head on his shoulder, watching him type despite me not reading all of that.

"Nothing," I told him truthfully and he let out a small laugh and stopped typing, placing the macbook on the coffee table.

"Think yuh did ago say yuh tired enuh. Did ago ask wah yuh tired fi do cause me make sure yuh hands free as much as it can be. Me know being a CEO rough yuh fuck more while so if you tired right now, a just you a give yourself unnecessary work," He said and i smiled, knowing he's awfully right.

Malachi has made running my business seem so effortless, both to me and to the outside world.

He had taken it upon himself to ensure that I have everything I need for my business, going the extra mile to hire dedicated employees who are not only capable but also passionate about their work.

As a result, I found myself in a position where I don't have to lift a pin for day-to-day operations, except for overseeing the smooth functioning of the business and ensuring that my vision is being translated into reality.
