The Christian Falcon and the City of Pride

The Falcon's Past (Part 1: Birth)

After Sonic and his friends reunited with Nate in the land of Cannadus, Nate revealed that he once lived in Prideopolis, and so he began telling his friends about his past involving Prideopolis.

"It all started when I was just a baby at the time...." Nate began.

-Flashback-

"As far back as I can remember..." Nate began explaining in a voice-over, "Prideopolis was indeed a grand city famous for its pride and sexuality. Anyone who was against their code was tortured to death.... mostly their own citizens were tortured, but the people they hated most that also got tortured to death..... was the Christians. At some point, Christians came into the city and began preaching against their code, and it angered the people there. It angered them to the point that they decided to kill every last Christian in Prideopolis..........."

Many years ago, in the city of Prideopolis, many people who were members of the Christian Community were being chased by an angry mod of sexual citizens, and eventually, they were captured and tortured to death. This happened everytime a Christian was found. This was because the Mayor of Prideopolis decreed that every Christian in Prideopolis, whether adult, child or infant, shall be arrested and put to death. Because of this, many Christians went into hiding, and they prayed to God for help, and they continued to pray for years and years. Among the Christians, there was a male wolf and a female lynx who raised their daughter and cared for their newborn son.

"Mom, I don't want my baby brother to die if we're found." a 4 year old Autumn said to her mom, who responded, "Neither do your father and I, Autumn. But we must find someway to save him."

Suddenly, a knock was heard as there were guards by the door, and this scared the family, then after the guards left, the the wolf said to Autumn while giving her baby brother, after putting him in a basket, to her, "Autumn, take your baby brother and go with Leo and give him to someone who can raise him, as long as they promise to not tell him about who his biological family is, or what his true heritage is when it's time."

"Way ahead of you, dad." Autumn replied, "I have a friend who works at City Hall, but she's secretly a Christian, she'll take care of my brother."

"Excellent." said the lynx, but then the baby boy, which is a little 3 month old falcon, started wailing a bit, and so the lynx calmed her infant son and sang one last lullaby to him in a calm and soothing but sad song tone.

Hush now, my baby.~

Be still, love, don't cry.

Sleep as you're rocked by the stream.~

Sleep and remember, my last lullaby.~

So I'll be with you, when you dream....~

And after she sang, she kissed her baby son on the forehead, and said with tears in her eyes, "Goodbye..... Nate....."

And then, after meeting up with a 6 year old Leo, who was always waiting for a miracle from God, Autumn opened the door, looked both ways, and then ran with Leo while carefully holding her baby brother, who is still in the basket, tight and close to him. Eventually, they both came to city hall, and by the area where it's connected by the great river, Autumn found her friend setting up for the Mayor's wife to bathe, and thinking quickly, Autumn and Leo cautiously walked up to there she is, then they hid in some bulrushes, and tried to catch her attention.

"Psst! Cadence!" she called to her friend, named 'Cadence', "Psst! Cadence, over here!"

"Huh?" Cadence asked herself, then she looked around until finding Autumn and Leo hiding in some bulrushes, and so quickly finished setting up and went over to Autumn and Leo, then she asked Autumn, "Autumn, what are you doing here? You know it's forbidden to sneak into City Hall."
