POV, Armored Drydock
While the Sirens sued chaos throughout the entirety of Hamburg, the Bismarck stayed on the sidelines while this was happening,
The armored bunker-like dry dock where the Bismarck was stored was on the other side of the port, away from the fighting for at least a brief moment
The 20 meter thick concrete reinforced roof was more than enough to withstand most siren ordinance.
The crew were still figuring out how to try and free their battleship from this... strange and high tech situation that this base was
"Herr Käpitan!" A sailor said, approaching Captain Lindemann on the deck.
"What is it?" The Captain responded
"The oil supply seems to have ceased sir!"
"How much fuel do we have?" The captain ordered
"A bit less than half of our total capacity." The sailor said.
"Could this port be out of oil already? With that many ships to tend to?
That certainly doesn't add up... " The captain said, referring to the numerous ships spotted coming into the port.
*roooooooaaaaaaaaaa-ooommm
*Boom!
Air raid sirens? Explosions?
The captain immediately turned back around and peered behind the suspended battleship's superstructure,
Smoke was rising from the distance.
The port was under attack!
But by who?
Captain Lindemann cussed under his breath,
"Sch***e, is there any other ways to get out of here?" The captain said.
"A few sailors attempted to look around, but no one has found any other exits" the sailor said,
"Well... it seems we are in quite an unenviable position,
We have to escape here as soon as possible, if we wait for too long, those strange aliens will surely be on top of us." The captain said,
He scratched at his chin.
"Is there anyway to get us out of this drydock?" The captain asked,
"We are interrogating the base personnel, but nothing as of yet sir." The sailor said.
*thunp! *thunp! *thunp!
The quick noises of boot clacking caught the captain's attention,
after turning to see who it was, the figures of the XO and two escorts with a....
One of the base's personnel?
Whoever it was had a bag over his head
"XO? What are you doing here? And who is this?" Captain Lindemann said
"I've had enough! I need to speak with your captain right away!" The guy said,
The XO yanked the bag right off of his head,
Revealing a scowling Captain Lindemann,
He seemed to give off a very commanding aura, making him freeze up.
