"You okay in there, Vee?" I hear Ghost's voice over the ongoing shower.

The walkie-talkie slips out of my grip after hearing his voice. I luckily catch the device before it can hit the floor of the shower. His voice was so close I could've sworn he was standing right behind me.

"Yeah, I'm finishing up," I lie, swallowing the unexpected fright. Sticking my head out of the shower, I stare at the bathroom door and see the shadow of his shoes underneath.

I don't move or blink or breathe until I watch them vanish. Once he's gone, I sigh relieved while resting my head against the shower wall. That was a close one.

Bringing the walkie-talkie to my lips, I quickly tell Jungkook goodbye and turn off the device before he can say anything. I can't afford it. He could still be outside listening.

I step out of the shower while placing the walkie-talkie on the counter next to the sink, then hurry back into the water where I quickly wash up.

Washing away all the filth, I keep running over the same parts of my body with body wash and soap to remove the smell. I stick my head under the water where it's starting to become cold and run my fingers through my short hair. I use the men's shampoo seeing as it's the only one in the shower and massage it into my scalp.

I have to ignore how the shampoo smells like Ghost, but I know if I don't come out smelling like I used it, he'll be suspicious. He's too smart.

Wrapping the towel around my waist and drying off my legs and shoulders, I take a moment to notice myself in the mirror. No matter how many times I see my reflection, I still can't believe it's me staring back.

"I brought you some clothes. They're mine, but it's better than being in that uniform they made you wear. I'll leave them out here." He says over the door, which causes my body to jump from the suddenness of him once again.

"Thank you," I call out, hearing him mumble something when he walks away.

Walking slowly to the door, I open it, poking my head out to make sure no one is outside, and then see the folded pair of clothes on the small table next to the door. I quickly reach out and take the clothes while shutting the door behind me and locking it.

As expected the clothes were way too big on me, and the only piece of clothing I could wear without it slipping off was one of his black tee shirts. However, it does still try to slide off my shoulder, so it's going to be a hassle to deal with.

Thankfully I was wearing a clean bra and underwear underneath the prison suit, so I can at least walk out without feeling uncomfortable around these sickos. I take Ghost's grey shorts and roll the waistband a couple of times on my waist to keep them from falling.

Before I make my exit, I look for somewhere to hide the walkie-talkie. It's hard when the bathroom is nearly empty itself. Although I know I would have somewhat privacy here, I can't hide it in this room.

Deciding it would be better to hide it somewhere else in the apartment, I take it with me. Folding up the uniform and hiding the walkie-talkie deep in the middle of the uniform for the meantime, I carry it out with me as I leave.
