Delilah POV

"MINGZE." I whined.

I don't want to go to school. School is not fun. School is a prison and I don't like prison.

"Delilahhhh." he whined back, matching my tone.

I groaned in annoyance as he practically dragged me through the school gate. My arms were hugging him around his waist as he proceeded to walk a little too casually. Instead of walking, my legs gave up and were dragged along as Ming walked.

"My leg's gonna break." I complained.

"Then stand up and walk," he deadpanned.

People around us stopped and stared. These people- I swear they have no life.

"MINGGGG." I whined again and he laughed.

That's not even funny.

He went up the steps and I clung my feet on the highest step. Ming tripped, bringing me down with him.

His chin hit the hard ground. I burst out laughing this time.

"It's not funny." my friend scowled as he rubbed his jaw.

I squinted my eyes and looked at him. "It's a little funny."

"No it's not." Ming said firmly as he dusted himself whilst getting up.

Dean's absent from school today because he's spending time with- believe it or not- Rowan. And my boyfriend is going on a raiding mission with my third oldest brother.

"Why are my brothers stealing my good friends?" I questioned as Ming walked me to my locker.

Ming snickered as he slung an arm around my shoulder. "I think Solace and Len are secretly dating behind your back."

I scowled and shrugged off his arms. "HAHA." I laughed sarcastically.

"At least you still have me." he gave me a boyish grin. "I wouldn't fall for your brothers' charm- if they have one anyway."

I burst out laughing as he patted my head before heading to his locker, which was a good ten lockers away from mine.

"Hey, Deli, if Len ditches you, remember that you have a hot and single best friend." Ming yelled over from his locker.

A couple of kids looked in my way. I rolled my eyes and stuck my tongue out at him.

Opening my locker, I got my books out for today's lessons as per usual. As I did so, I saw something drop. I stared at the envelope on the floor, right next to my feet. Frowning, I picked it up.

There was no name written on it- none to who and by whom.

Struggling to myself, I peeled open the white envelope and my blood ran cold.

What the hell.

I stared at the pictures inside, bringing it out slowly as I flipped through them.

It was pictures of me- some in public and some in my own home. There were a few where I was only in my dressing robes since I just finished showering; One which I was trying out a new pink bikini I bought in my room; Me sleeping on my bed; Me with Len; Me with my friends; Me walking home alone-

If it wasn't the panic rising in me every second, I would've joked about being a celebrity.

"What the fuck." Ming cursed when he appeared behind me, looking over my shoulder.

He grabbed the photos out of my hand and went through them, bristling with anger as he did so.

"Who took this?" he demanded.
