My bed was cold today.
Colder than it was supposed to be. I stared up at the ceiling and watched the images of the day replay like a movie in the darkness— much like when I'm alone at the cinema watching a film that I'll write a little review for on my Letterboxd.
Wincing from the pain of my migraine, I open my laptop that has cute stickers carefully decorating it and begin typing away.
My fingers type away, allowing a new story to take place and a new world to start forming.
The pain in my heart slowly fades in the background of my mind and I find myself feeling excited for the first time in ages.
A new beginning.

Just uploaded the first chapter to my new story, Midnight Muse!!!!! The beginning of this chapter was my way of hard launching it... teehee.
