There ain't no stoppin' when we start
You can do the things you do when you want
You know that I wanna break no contact
If I send you pics then you must text back
If I come off thirsty, know I'm just that
Maybe makin' love is what brings us back

"I'm outside."

Amerie's phone clenched in her hand as she stood from the comfort of her soft couch. She pressed pause on the movie she had going on her TV to keep her place, before shimmying her feet into her slides.

She wasn't in any attire to be looked at or seen, considering it was going on 1 am on a Monday, which meant people should have been in bed and sleeping. And regardless, she was home. So her tiny silk shorts, with the matching crop top for bed, alongside her bonnet, shouldn't have bothered anyone who had anything going for themselves.

She clenched her phone in her hand as her parted lips released the loudest yawn, showing just how tired she was. She would have told him they'd have to talk another time due to how late he dropped her car off, but she'd pushed it so much already that she knew he'd simply get aggravated with her if she asked to reschedule a conversation again.

"Better not take all night." She muttered to herself, once stepping into her elevator that'd bring her straight to the garage. Her head leant up against the mirror walls of the back of the elevator lazily, just staring at herself through the reflection of the mirror that also sat on the other side of the elevator.

She looked like a bum and looked sleepy, which exuded exactly how she really was feeling. He'd taken her car to get some detailing done and for it to be looked at, being that Amerie didn't know what was going on with it, leading her to where she was now once the doors to the elevator slid open into the garage.

She went towards the corner of the garage where one of her two reserved parking spaces sat. She could hear the music that still blasted, and see the fogging of the hotboxed windows despite her dark 5% tint. You couldn't see into the car, only out, just the way she felt most comfortable.

Her knuckles sent two small knocks along the passenger side window, that he didn't hesitate in unlocking for her. Taking a deep breath, Amerie pulled the door open to watch a cloud of smoke that flew out from being confined in the walls of her car. Shaking her head, she allowed it to clear out before stepping inside where his music still blasted, and his smoking never let up.
