The woman apologized to Delilah for her rude behavior. She felt embarrassed about what had happened and regretted her actions. She checked out of the resort early and cut here stay short. As a way of making up for her behavior, she promised to give the resort a positive review and refer her friends.

The opening of the resort was fast approaching, and everyone was working hard to make sure everything was ready in time. Stephlon was running around like a headless chicken, trying to coordinate the different teams and make sure everything was going according to plan. The interior designers were constantly scribing notes and giving instructions to their team members, making sure that every detail was perfect. Despite the frenzied atmosphere, Stephlon was determined to make the opening a success.

The employee who had called out to Stephlon looked visibly anxious, her eyes darting around as she spoke. Stephlon's concern was immediately piqued, and she hurried over to the woman. "What's the matter?" She asked, trying to sound reassuring. The employee took a deep breath, then began to explain the situation. "I'm so sorry to bother you, but there's a bit of an issue with the catering for the opening. The delivery truck got delayed and now the food is running late."

"Get out trucks to get the food" Stephlon made a solution immediately. The woman gave a quick nod and ran off to make the necessary arrangements. Stephlon, meanwhile, took a moment to compose herself before continuing on her rounds. She knew that there would likely be more hiccups to deal with before the opening, but she was determined to make sure everything went smoothly. It wasn't long before another employee came running up to her, this time with a look of panic on his face. "Miss Hamilton, there's been a problem with the sound system for the opening ceremony," he said, out of breath.

"Call the technician team" As soon as Stephlon gave the order, the man called the technician team and explained the problem. The team leader assured him that they would be at the resort in less than an hour and would have the sound system up and running in no time.

As Stephlon and the man continued their walk, they couldn't help but admire the beautiful garden. The lights hung from the tress like twinkling stars, and the grass was soft and green under their feet. The stage was adorned with plants and flowers, creating a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony. Every table had a colorful bouquet of flowers, and the air was filled with a sweet, floral scent. It was a picture-perfect setting, and they couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and accomplishment.

While they walked, Stephlon noticed a few spots where some trees were blocking the view of the stage. She pointed them out to the man, who nodded and made a note to have them trimmed before the guests arrived.

"Can you please cut off those trees over there?" Stephlon, feeling a sense of exhaustion after standing for hours, pointed to a cluster of trees. She conveyed her request to the decorator, ensuring that the technical team continued with their assigned tasks. Stephlon was aware of the numerous responsibilities that still needed attention. However, she remained focused and determined to complete everything on her checklist.

As the decorator began to work on transforming the trees into stools, Stephlon decided to take a break and assess the progress made by the technical team. Feeling drained and fatigued, she couldn't help but acknowledge the toll that the long hours had taken on her. Nevertheless, she understood the importance of overseeing every aspect of the event preparation.

Leaving the decorator to work on the tree stools, Stephlon made her way towards the area where the food was being delivered. She wanted to ensure that everything was running smoothly and that the food would be ready on time for the event. This was a crucial aspect of the occasion, and Stephlon's attention to detail and hands-on approach were necessary to achieve the desired outcome.

A wave of sheer relief washed over Stephlon as the much-awaited moment arrived—the food delivery had finally reached its destination. A small smile formed on her fatigued face, knowing that at least one item on her extensive checklist had been successfully crossed off. Taking a deep breath, she quietly stepped aside and let the hardworking staff take over, trusting them to execute their responsibilities flawlessly.

Feeling the overwhelming sense of busyness recede, Stephlon found herself drawn towards the solitude of an empty hallway. As she walked away from the buzzing atmosphere of the working staff, she sought solace in this momentary reprieve. The quiet surroundings offered her a brief respite from the constant demands of event coordination.

Sensing the need to recharge and collect her thoughts, Stephlon decided to seek refuge in the nearby storage room. It was dimly lit, exuding a faint musky aroma that surprisingly brought her a sense of calm, almost lulling her into a state of peaceful drowsiness. The room's cozy ambiance enveloped her, further soothing her weary mind and body, if only for a moment. The tranquil stillness and comforting scent acted as a balm to her frazzled nerves, revitalizing her for the tasks that still lay ahead.

"What are you doing here?" Gunther's voice whispered into Stephlon's ears. She immediately opened her eyes, their wide gaze meeting his. As recognition set in, her expression softened, and she became calm. Gunther's face was just inches away from hers, their breaths almost mingling.

Stephlon slowly rested her head back against the wall, her eyes fluttering closed. Her golden brown hair cascaded around her like a curtain, framing her face in a beautiful manner. Her lips were slightly parted, and soft snores escaped from them in a gentle rhythm.

"I'm tired," she whispered sleepily, her head unintentionally falling onto Gunther's shoulder. In that moment, she took a deep breath, inhaling his scent as if she yearned to etch it into her memory forever.

A gentle smile crossed her face as she added, "I missed you." With her eyes closed, she embraced the feeling of contentment that washed over her.
