-chapter nine

"YOU KNOW WHAT WORKS FOR ME? A warm glass of milk with chamomile and honey, I tell you..." the doctor's words were cut short as Mike snatched the bag from him and walked away.

"What an asshole."

Exiting the pharmacy, Mike jumped into his car, the urgency apparent in his drive to
Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. The car ride wasn't long, as time was not someone he can afford now.

He parked his car, his hand clutching the bag of medicine, and his backpack hanging loosely over his shoulder.

Entering the building and making his way to the security office, he placed the medicine bag on the table, and retrieved his walkman.

Popping a pill into his mouth, he closed his eyes allowing the medication to take effect. He let his imagination run free.

The sound of birds chirping and a similar voice imitating an airplane filled mike's ears as he opened his eyes to be met with his family once more.

"Okay, enough games, you two." A woman chuckled as the man placed the little boy on the ground. "Emergency landing." He declared smiling.

The women laughed slightly as her husband and son took seats on the wooden chairs. "Hey buddy," the man greeted Mike, catching the women's attention.

"Well, don't just stand there. Dig in," she encouraged Mike as he looked around hesitantly. "Sweetheart, what's wrong?"

"This... this isn't... this isn't how it happened," he stuttered. "This isn't real."

"But it could be," a voice emerged behind mike, as he turned around to see the blond haired boy again

he looked nervously at the boy swallowing. "What is this?" he asked. "This isn't what I asked for."

The boy raised his eyebrows. "But that's what you want." He replied casually.

"No. I just... I just want to find the man that..." he was interrupted again. "You're lying," the boy accused him shaking his head.

"You want to save Garret. That's why you're really here, to change what happened, to go back," the boy blinked.

Mike squinted his eyes at the boy. "But I can't, he's gone, they're all gone."

"Really?" The boy questioned, pointing to the family sitting together, as the other kids stood behind, watching mike.

Mike looked back, his eyes beginning to water as the blond boy started to walk close. "You can have this dream every night, you can be together with him again, like before."

"How?"

"You said we could have anything we wanted, we want Abby," the boy demanded as Mike's face filled with fear. "Abby?"
