Maddie looked up shocked. Mikey was still facing the TV screen but glanced at her and smiled. "it's been what? seven years?" he asked. Maddie looked down at her lap with a saddened look. "Yea it has..." Mikey nudged her with his shoulder and smiled again. "Well, I got my dream horse, big Palomino appaloosa." She smiled as she thought of Whiskey. "I trained him myself, took him to rodeos. He won every time. I met some good friends; they were like my family." she finished with watery eyes. Mikey noticed, he was about to comfort her, but she quickly wiped her eyes. "Enough about me, what about you? I mean shit you're a ninja now, and you finally outgrew me." she chuckled. He laughed "I have always been a ninja, but I get what you mean. Dad put us to some serious training, we saved New York a BUNCH, oh and the world a few times, we found aliens and all that fun stuff. So just fight here, get hurt there, oh look snake weed came back after we killed him like twenty times." Maddie snorted a bit "that last one was super specific." "I mean come on! We froze the guy then exploded his body, blew him up like ten times, we even used a special mutagen weed killer! Like dude come on dose he have a deal with the grim reaper or something?" Maddie erupted with laughter. "I'm sorry this guy sounds annoying as hell, but just the way you said the last part." He soon joined her with a small laugh. She slumped her body to his side and watched the screen once more. A sudden shiver ran through her body. Mikey felt the shiver "you okay?" "Yea but it just got really cold out of know where." Mikey thought for a second "i got some spare blankets, what one?" "Oh yes please." "Alright, don't let me die!" Mikey tossed the remote to Maddie as we went to his room. "Wait- OH FUCK!" Maddie quickly grabbed the remote and tried to keep him alive as zombie's swarmed him.

Mikey came down the hallway with a soft and fuzzy grey blanket in his arms. As he got closer to the couch, he heard small screams and a line of profanity. He came to the couch to see Maddie stressing over the game, every turn she took there was a herd of zombies. She started to panic shoot all over. "You know it helps if you hit them, right?" "Oh, shut it! Get over here and take over I hate zombies!" Mikey chuckled "I don't know, you seem like you're having fun." he snickered "NO! I am not!" "Alright, alright." He threw the blanket over her head and grabbed the remote back and sat down. Maddie fixed the blanket and got comfortable again. "Now, no sleeping." "Yea yea I know."

"Where is everyone? Feels like it's been hours!" Maddie stated as she stretched out acress Mikeys lap. "that's because it has been a few hours, Leo and Raph I understand, patrol takes a long time. But Donnie? He should be back by now." Mikey felt his stomach drop a bit, 'what if something happened?' He thought "Here play for a sec." Mikey handed her the remote once again and pulled out his phone. "Ah shit! Again?" Maddie said as she ran around shooting. Mikey clicked on his brother's contact and let the phone ring. It rang, and rang until the heard some noise on the other end, 'hello?' "Casey? Why do you have Dons phone? Is he okay? Are you guys okay?" 'Easy with the questions Mike, yea Donnie's with April and I, we are at the park why?' "Cause he was supposed to be home like two hours ago!" Mikey raised his voice. 'He was? He didn't say shit to us.' Mikey let out a sigh "he was supposed to pick up food and come back. Look I don't care as long as he's okay." 'Yea I get it man; we will swing by and drop him off okay?' "Thank you Casey." 'Course, be there in like thirty man.' Mikey hung up with a sigh.

"Mikeyyy, I'm tired, I want to sleep."
