You landed in NYC for the week as you were meeting with various clients who were at the New York City comic con and you partook in the first day just to walk about and do some shopping. The next few days was getting your clients to sign off on ideas and you talked with John Cena whom you had signed and was thankful for his help with a client, Noelle Foley. The wrestling world was embroiled in controversies and clashing hard and Cena had thrown his weight about to support the upstart AEW, which was a major boon for them. You had worked out a deal for another season of his peacemaker TV show. You eventually went to find your last client, Halle Berry, who was there to promote her role in the next John wick movie.

You stood in the back of the panel and enjoyed listening to crowd as you eventually saw her and she waved at you and came and gave you a hug as she asked what you were doing in new York and said you wanted to be here in person about offering a role in the next movie your agency was being commissioned to cast. She jumped up and down and was shocked as she knew the opportunity to be in a Oscar movie again was something she wasn't expecting but her loyalty to the agency over the years was something you knew your parents valued and you knew how talented she was and what she could still offer.

The two of you went to a VIP break room and sat down and enjoyed a coffee and went over the role and you told her about some of the other actors and actresses you had in mind but you wanted to give Halle the first dibs on the lead actress role. She wipes at her eyes as she was clearly emotional and you reached out and took her hand as she smiles and tells you that your father saw her as more then a pretty face and encouraged her all the time to push her limits and that encouragement brought her to the best parts of her life. To be able to have a chance like this again was something she thought wouldn't happen again. You said you tried like hell for many years to get something like this for her but nothing ever panned out and she acknowledged you always tried hard for her.
