Danica wanted to be aggressive, Alex wanted to wait and be methodical. The back and forth raged for about an hour as you didn't say much and let the two argue over what was ultimately semantics. You had agreed it was time to push forward. To grow the agency to sign talent to make a run at CAA. You had the resources between Zhou and the Masquerade group. You filled Danica in about the last part and explained their role though she wasn't as convinced they were able to do what they claim, a point of friction between Alex and herself. You made them stop and went over what you had. When it came to film and television uniquely you were probably neck and neck if not above CAA when it came to star power but they crushed you in having the standard background actor or supporting actors.

It was time to pursue the middle and unknown class of Hollywood to really establish your gaining grounds though admittedly three people wouldn't be enough. You'd have to hire more agents eventually, something the three of you knew was a reality. When it came to music you were liking the strides but you didn't have CAA to just compete with, so it would be harder but perhaps easier in a way to catch up there.

CAA had sports entertainment for a long time but with Dwayne wanting to branch out with his brand you were fast tracking that to pull away more wrestlers and get yourself caught up there as well. Sports was the killer as they had you crushed there but Alex was beginning to make inroads with soccer players which were big money clients in the European market which meant you needed to get the ball rolling in America with the various sports. All in all you figured you were sitting at 40 percent of the make up. With CAA having 55 and the other five being the various other agencies across the board.
