You and Alex were in agreement. There was really only one person you both could trust and who was knowledgeable in all the in and outs of what you did. And that was Danica. She knew the business, she knew talents and clients, was always punctual, beautiful, and cunning. When you talked with her about promoting her to being a partner she was instantly overcome with joy and sobbed as you hugged her and thanked her for the many many years of loyal service. You explained that she wouldn't get a stake until a few years but that you and Alex agreed to giving up ten percent each after two years. She would also receive a small percentage of your talent pool, specifically handling Music/Sports and getting you leads on that front as that was an area you and her could probably go faster then Alex could overseas.

She already had a few leads from her connections and the week of transition to her reception desk into Alex's unused office, and you hired Eliza, Danica S/O to become your new secretary as she would be able to balance your needs and Danica's, something Eliza seemed very keen on doing as you knew the two of them broke in the office more then a few times. You and Danica had lunch at the house while Alycia was in the city shopping and she asked if she would have to do what you and Alex did to close alot of deals.

You said that was really a matter of personal choice. Saying no meant losing the deal or talent sometimes but that was a stance she needed to take. When it came to females she was all for it. But she would have to discuss with Eliza about breaking boundaries in the name of talent acquisition or talent satisfaction.
