I'm having a bit of a block on what to write next.
I want to emphasize the conflict between Maria and Emma but I'm not sure how to do that. Either a conflict they solve together or they just talk it out by the lake. Or both.
I don't want to give the impression of breezing through character development and relationships on these two. Especially when in this story Maria is a descendant of Emma's daughter.
One thing for certain is Emma talking about Caleb and how she still mourns him.
I will post as soon as I have an idea (which won't take long) but I'm open to any suggestions.
