My existence remains the debate of people who have no idea what the words they're saying mean
My existence is questioned, ignored, insulted
My existence brings people anger, and hatred
I exist, and I am hated for it
I stand here and defy what they defend
I am walking proof that their words hold no meaning
My happiness, my joy, they rage at the fact that I am unbothered
I am the antithesis of their lies; I am the opposing argument. My existence wins
They look at me and claim I am sick in the head
There is no evidence to support that I am sick, in fact, there is overwhelming evidence that I am healthier than I ever was
They claim i'm not natural, that I should not exist
They can't even define the word natural with accuracy
For every definition of natural, I am scientifically supported as natural
I am occurring in nature because I am right here right now in nature occurring
I'm not not artificial or synthetic, I am my mothers son
I conform to natural laws, I am in accordance with natural laws of principles
I am innate, I was born who I am
Against all odds and against all efforts
I stand her today and exist in my totality
I am a figure standing here today, representing every fallen soul who hadn't had the right to live as themselves, who were not allowed dignity, or humanity.
My existence sends people into fits of rage, and still I stand here today, existing
I truly know myself on a deep and intimate level
I understand who I am, I love who I am
I am my biggest advocate, I will fight for my existence until every ear on earth has heard my voice
This passion I have, it is not just for art; but a fiery powerhouse of energy who's only desire it to do what's right
To fight for those who cannot fight for themselves
To make sure everyone knows that everyone else like me exists
You do not have to like me, you may hate my existence with all your heart, but no matter what words you say or how hard you fight, you will never change the fact that I am here, living my life as I wish. I hope your anger eats you alive.
No matter how hard you try, you will never take this away from me.
Jealousy is a strong emotion, whether you like it or not, as a human, you are prone to jealousy
And sincerely, I have only known people to get this angry when they're jealous
Maybe it's the fact that I have found true harmony and peace, something so difficult for so many
Maybe it's that despite what they say, not one person could call me out for who I am. In fact, it has never happened before
I'm not sure, all I know it that this rage they feel is coming from a place deep within them, and by God does it ever look and sound like projection
My existence remains the debate of people who don't know what they're talking about
Of people who are unaffected that I walk this earth along side them
Of people who aren't truly happy with themselves
But despite it all, here I am. Existing.
