Amelia pov:As everything went to shit, I grabbed Gura and used my time powers to transport us both into the middle of the time stream, where all the Amelia meet up.
"You again!?" Nanashi Amelia yelled.
"Sorry, I need to talk to you!" I shout
All the Amelia seemed to be infatuated by Gura, but I tried to separate them as much as possible.
Nanashi Amelia thought about something. "It's odd you should have been destroyed by now; your world, for some reason, isn't getting destroyed like it should be." She comments
"Huh?" Gura questions
"Every timeline has a singularity point and also a defining moment. You should have already taken out Omegaα by now, or they should have destroyed you, and yet you are able to keep reseting."
"Have you seen a lot of messed-up worlds?" I ask Nanashi Amelia, who just nods in response to me.
"A lot of dystopian worlds, however, usually have something in common. Relationships tend not to stray from specific paths, but sometimes pain is brought on by these unexpected moments, although I don't know what your moment is."
Nanashi Amelia had another thought clearly but kept that part to herself at the moment.
"Question: Can we win?" Gura asks
Nanashi Amelia shrugged, "It depends..." She mentioned
"On?" Gura pried for an answer.
"How strong can you get? For example, Calliope Mori will never reach her full potential because she decided she was going to quit killing for Kiara's sake, but if she continued and focused on killing and had no remorse, Calli would become unstoppable. However, would she be good?" Nanashi Amelia asks
"Of course not!" I say
Kiara is the only reason she wants to live. Kiara is the only reason she is fighting. Kiara is the only reason she is so strong.
"Mori grew alarmingly fast; however, if she isn't being sadistic, emotionless, cold, calm, and collected, she can't achieve her true strength. Her personality makes her hold back, and love makes her weaker."
"Shit..." Gura mumbles
She was looking through the time stream at our Calli, who was panicked since Clara and Kobo may be in danger. She should be helping Bae, but her emotions have compromised that.
"Are you sure that our Calli is normal?"
"Nope..." Gura responded
Nanashi Amelia sighed. "She isn't..."
"But shouldn't Calli have humanity?" I ask
"Yes, however, your world isn't one for it," was the explanation given.
"What if there was a way we could temporarily make Calli feel so much pain that she turns into a state where she doesn't hold back?" I ask
"It's risky, but you could do it; however, there is a risk that she will immediately obliterate Kiara off the face of the earth, and then no one will be able to contain her."
So we are stuck between a rock and a hard place. We need to be able to stop this madness, but we don't have anyone that really has the ability to do that and spare our friends.
"What about Ina?" I ask
"Sana will have to go...." we were told
I bit my lip and shook my head speaking after "Shiori isn't a bad person..." I say
"Yeah, it's just that she went insane due to having too much knowledge but your point is?" Gura asks
"Can we cure her?" I question
Nanashi Amelia shrugged "it's possible" She claimed "but does she want to be?" We were asked
"I don't know..." I sigh
"See that universe over there the Shiori with all black hair that is her if she didn't lose her mind do to all her knowledge she actually is your assistant and useless as well!"
"Useless?" I mutter
"Yes, think about it her prowess comes from her mind and without knowledge constantly flowing into her head without her insanity she is just a normal girl who is smart and likes books do you want to take her power away and make her feel worthless?" We were asked
"Her insanity is the issue" I comment
"Let's say you do cure her who's to say that she won't still be insane due to her going past her breaking point?"
"Hope!" I respond
"How cheesy... and last I checked Hope has become her little puppet she controls Hope..."
"Maybe so but..." I growl
"But!? Is that all you have to say about that the woman that is obsessive over the person that is Watson the person that is throwing a fit out of insanity and is hurting your friends you can't say shit about that!"
"Look I'm conflicted!" I scream
Gura has never seen me think about something this hard this is pretty much contemplating if we should lock her up again or cure her and have her suffer for the rest of her life because she will be sidelined.
"Yorick will still be around!" Gura said
"Would it, though?" I ask.
"That is a fair question..." Gura mutters
The alternate me laughs loudly at us both: "You two really don't think!" She giggles for the first time.
"You have shown emotion!?" I say this with shock at what has transpired. She glared at me.
"I'm human too..." She scoffed
"Well, I just assumed you never smiled."
"Ame, I'm a mix between you and Mumei; you know how this would end up!" She yells
"Anyway, I'm not going to be like that woman from that timeline. I'm not an idiot. I want to try what is best for my timeline and not stray from the correct path." I say
"Look, I trust you. That is why I gave you my time daggers. I want you to know you are strong-willed and powerful, and you are going to pull through. By the way, take this!" She said as she tossed me something.
"What is this?" I ask.
"A piece of an alternate universe Roboco-senpai, it was a device specifically made for you to use."
Before it could be explained to me, Gura and I were launched out of there, and it seemed like our time was up.
"Welcome back!" Shiori laughed
It's time for this party to begin.
