I've been watching this house for the last hour, and I'm starting to think he won't come outside, when I finally spot him sneaking out the back.
I imagine he's trying to avoid the patrol car parked out front he really doesn't need to worry about them, they're both out cold. Chicago's Finest alright.
This grab won't be easy and I'm thankful for the cover of darkness, I figure out pretty quickly where he's headed.
I've decided to wait until he's closer to his house, I'm hoping the closer he gets the more he will drop his guard.
That will be his biggest mistake.
