Her Friend

Mumei pov: I sigh and think about the feiend that I have been missing. The lunar sky dragon.

I don't know why she wanted to change but she did. I care about her though. I want her to be happy.

We began walking, and as I looked around, I saw a rift in the dark abyss of the area, and I had an idea: reaching inside the rift and yanking things out.

There's ranged from paper to pencils from seemingly other dimensions.

"What are you doing?" A woman asked

"Oh, its you. Why are you here?" I asked

"To fight you, of course, Mumei," the girl laughed.

"Fine, let's go...." I said

We flew into the air and clashed immediately. Her dragon arm was stronger than ever, and I was getting excited.

I yanked out my dagger and slashed at her, but she easily blocked it with her dragon arm.

"Oh?" I laughed at her.

"You are stronger than ever," the woman laughed.

"Good to see you are doing well!" She said as she slashed at me.

I ducked under her hand and grabbed it, throwing her to the ground, before flying down at her and kicking her.

"Bleck!" She coughed, but she didn't flinch and grabbed my leg, throwing me into the air.

"Is that the only reason you are here?" I asked

"Of course not!" She yelled as she flew up into the air.

"So why are you here?" I asked

"To help you fight your inner being," she told me.

"Oh, I never expected help from an old friend," I laughed.

"Of course I'll help you, but first I want to fight," she stated.

"Mumei-senpai, you know her!" Zeta yelled

"Of course, don't interfere!" I yelled back.

"She seems extremely strong!" Kiara yelled

"She is a sky dragon after all!" I said

"You are a strong barn owl!" The woman laughed.

"Let's kick this up a notch!" I told her

We flew around the abyss and classed continuously. If this were the normal plain, we would be destroying everything around, but since we were in the abyss, we could fight as much as we wanted without worry.

She sent a gust of wind my way, but I powered through, head-butting her stomach. It was dark, but I could see her clearly. I wasn't going to let her win this fight.

We always challenged ourselves. We were about five hundred to four hundred and ninety-nine; I was in the lead. However, the fact that I wasn't further in the lead goes to show her strength. I couldn't believe this.

"Mumei, are you holding back!?" She asked me

"Of course not, are you?" I asked

"Not a chance," she told me.

"Gah!" I scream as memories of the past flow this isn't good I'm going to break sooner than later but not in the way I have to...

"Are you sure it's fine to leave Lui like that?" Kronii asked me as we approached my father's place.

"Yes, she is my little sister. I can fully trust her to manage for herself, and besides, I can't continuously worry about her all the time," I said.

"Mumei, you seem worried," Fauna claims.

I sigh. "I am worried, not about her."

"What are you worried about?" Fauna asks

"I'm-" My father cut me off as he greeted us at the door. He welcomed us in, and I sat down in between Fauna and Kronii.

"I have already brewed coffee," he told me.

"Thanks papa..." I sigh before taking a sip.

Fauna grabbed my hand tightly and leaned on me gently. "Why are you worried?"

I looked at the keeper of nature and sighed again. "I want to know civilization's role." I claim my papa nods and sits across from us.

"I knew you'd be curious about your place in the world eventually since civilization wasn't directly made by the gods," he said.

"Why am I the most important?" I ask

My father laughed, "Think about it, Mumei. All the concepts technically revolve around you. Think about it: space is like an outer shell, while nature and time wrap around you and are closest to you, as well as chaos being a product of you." he said.

"Papa, what does Omegaα-No, what do you know about back then in the void?" I ask

My papa tilts his head. "They told me it all," he claims. I realized that he must know all the secrets about everything that is going on with me. He must know who and what I am.

"Papa, tell me the secrets!" I said

He looked at me. his glare telling me everything. "You already know..." he said.

I bit my lip. "Can I avoid it!?" I loudly ask

His gaze never left mine. "You can't," he said.

I know I can't, but in a way, I always hope...

"What do you want to avoid?" Kronii asks

"Omega's true manifestation..." I said

"Wha-" Fauna said in shock.

"Their true manifestation is going to happen since they don't have their full body anymore; it was only set to happen when they were out of options and they weren't all there." I claim

"Hold it. They planned this?" Kronii asked

"Correct," I replied.

"Huh!?" Kronii shouts

"Mumei, let's move on," Fauna said.

"Papa, I have something serious," I said.

"What?" He questioned

"Do you like my outfit?" I ask

He laughed, "You are cute!" He comments

"Woah, he has no issue with you being emo," Kronii said in shock.

"Of course not; he is my papa!" I said

"Haha! Your wives are funny!" He laughed

"I know these two are lovely ladies!" I said

"By the way, Mumei, someone was here for you." My papa said

"Wha-" I said, confused by this.

Doki is similar to her that's how things have to work. I'm going to continue to support her.

The world is winding down so I need to figure out how to fix things but whatever... who cares.
