The next morning, the slowly raising sun's rays flow through a nearby window and gently illuminates the room where Burchard continues to sleep soundly on his couch. With the sun's light causing his closed eyes some discomfort, he slowly stirs awake. With his head in a bit of a daze, he slowly opens his eyes while muttering, "what time is it?"

Noticing the sun filling the room, he tells himself, "Must be morning."

"Zzzzzzzz."

Becoming confused by the soft snoring originating above him, he rolls on to his back to get a better look.... only to freeze when he sees Yuzuru directly above him with her eyes closed and head hanging a bit down, almost as if she had fallen asleep while looking at him. With his eyes locked on her quite adorable sleeping face, he struggled to comprehend how he got into this strange situation.... Until he finally remembers what had happened the night before which causes him to think, "right, she was helping me sleep last night.... But I didn't think she'd stay the whole night?"

While thinking about this, he notices some movement directly above him and when he focuses in on Yuzuru, he's horrified to see her starting to stir awake while thinking to himself, "shit shit shit shit! What do I do? What do I do? If she wakes up and her memory of last night is fuzzy seeing me in her lap will not end well."

While desperately attempting to figure out away out of this situation, he could only watch as her eyes slowly open and proceed to look down at him with a dazed look. Though he was expecting her her reaction to this situation to be quite livid, to his surprise, she seemed to be a bit confused with her asking, "inquiry: Is Yuzuru still dreaming?"

Still frozen in place, Burchard had a hard time thinking of what to say, though Yuzuru seems to find her own answer since she continues to look down at him with a soft smile and half shut eyes while sleepily mumbling, "confirmation: good, Yuzuru is still dreaming."

To his surprise, she starts to run her fingers through his hair while continuing, "Yuzuru always loves the dreams she has about her dear Burchard."

Caught off guard by her gentle touch and the almost loving way in which she was talking about him, he had no choice but to simply lie there silently and with his cheeks turning a bit flush, he thinks, "I'm really enjoying this, but I should probably say something.... But even though she thinks she's still dreaming; she does seem to be enjoying this...."

While continuing to figure out what he should do, he gets taken out of his train of thought when he notices her retract her hand from his head while saying, "confirmation: and the best part about this being a dream?"

A bit confused by the strange question, he remains silent and waits.... Though he doesn't have to wait for long to get his answer since she starts teasingly running her index finger up and down his chest while saying seductively, "it means Yuzuru gets to do things with him that she can only dream of doing in real life."

In an instant, Burchard goes wide eyed from shock but due to the sudden turn of events, he found himself frozen in place while panickly thinking, "shit shit shit shit. What do I do? What do I do? She thinks she's still dreaming!... oh dear god what is she going to do? I gotta stop her but how.... Wait I know! I need to make her 'wake up', but how do I...."

Unfortunately for him, he gets taken out of his problem solving when he feels Yuzuru's finger, which had been drawing circles on his chest, start to run down his stomach. In an instant, Burchard's face turns too many shades of red to even count. Fortunately for him though, he was able to break out of his paralysis and with it practically moving on its own, his hand bolts up and grabbed hers, stopping it dead in its tracks. The whole room falls silent with Burchard not moving an inch while Yuzuru continues to look down at him with the same half open eyes and smile as before, though she does ask, "inquiry: uh Burchard?"
