Nickel and a Reunion [NICKLOON]

Halloween Special!!

This was posted later than I originally planned! Was pretty busy with other stuff and kind of forgot to work on it.

Well, still got it out on October 31!

Happy Halloween everyone! Instead of trick or treating, I spent my time trying to animate better and thinking of alternate universes (and some other stuff). It has been a month or two since I've added something here hehehehe.....

Without further ado, let's get into this not-so-spooky story!!

Summary: Our lovely characters spend their Halloween.

Nickel loves Halloween. It's his favorite season! The costumes, the candy, the tricks he gets to pull on everyone- Oh! And not to mention his favorite part: telling scary stories.

Well, now with his cousins visiting once again, they can do all these things, just like when they were younger.

Let's see where our favorite g(r)ay coin is now!

Nickel blinks open his eyes. He lets out a yawn before tiredly reaching for his phone. He squints his eyes at the brightness that suddenly flashes him (flashbang real). Suddenly, his eyes drifts over to the date.

October 31.

It's Halloween! Nickel comically jumps out of his and Balloon's bed. Not long ago, they had both decided that they wanted to sleep next to each other permanently.

Anyways...

Nickel shakes Balloon roughly, practically bouncing on his toes.

"Wake up, Loonie," He says eagerly. "Come on! It's the best holiday of the year!"

Balloon yawns and rubs his eyes. "It's already Christmas?"

While Balloon's busy trying to keep himself awake, Nickel grabs a water balloon and drops it on his partner. Balloon shrieks, trying to shake off the water.

"NICKEL!!" Balloon squeaks angrily. "What the heck was that for?"

Nickel rolls back in laughter before noticing his lover's stern gaze. He coughs awkwardly before talking. "Oh... uhh... my mistake." Balloon sighs, and Nickel continues. "But it's Halloween! Of course I have to play a trick on you... and everyone else in the hotel."

"Mhm," Balloon rolls his eyes, pretending that he hadn't heard Nickel. "Anyways, did you hear about the Halloween party we're having tonight?"

"Yep." Nickel nods. He then grins evilly. "Perfect place to make the scariest prank."
