Star is unhappy. Vega is feral. While Sirius wonders how any of them avoided getting locked in a psych ward.

"See? Everything is going well. There is no need to worry. Good work on changing the shape of an animal Into a monster, a rather hard feat that takes most centuries to master"

Star's frown hadn't vanished as he watched it all, ignoring the praise and feeling of warmth against his side and instead meticulously keeping track of where all of his monsters were with his fingers itching to tear down the entire multiverse just to get to them.

His hands shook at the thought, his eyeshape flickering at an alarming pace as his emotions flickered with practically every breath he took. That he took any comfort in the thing next to him was unspoken and not something he would ever address.

"Relax. They aren't alone"

He quietly scoffed at that, a rare expression on his usually carefree demeanour as he glared pointedly at the window showing Vega.

"Ahh but look closer. They wont be alone for longer. Truly things are playing out in a much more fun way then before~"

He stayed silent, not bothering to respond as he stressed the edge of his sleeve and didn't even notice when he tore the fabric as it repaired itself a second later by the beings power next to him.

"This is all for the best, Star. Relax, you'll see it will work out"

The way the numbers almost danced was fascinating fully tuning out the far too often repeated words, eyes briefly darting to drink in the unusual patterns that at first seemed seemingly random but interlocked together in patterns he hadn't ever imagined. He wanted to explore, the part of his mind not tired and not broken from the centuries alone wanted to sink into playful familiarity of not having to worry about such issues.

With far more effort that was comfortable he clung onto the dredges of sanity, wanting a clear mind as he watched his monsters, his family. He wasn't sure how he would fare against the thing next to him but he would push back against his fear if he had to if it made sure they were all safe.

??43C AU

Vega was ready to scream as he kicked yet another damn tree that looked identical to the last billion he walked past. He had tried burning down the entire place but it felt like he was in some sort of twisted loop as when he tried to use a portal he was in what seemed like the exact same place again but untouched.

No signs of any marks he made, no destruction with even the damn clouds going past in a regular pattern of 22.4 every ten minutes.

Yes he counted as he tried to stave off the boredom and rage and it infuriated him he even knew that.

He growled in frustration and childishly kicked some dirt, spluttering when some went in his mouth and ready to throw down with the earth itself at this point but it seemed life wasn't totally cruel and a wonderful distraction came along.

"I didn't know the yellow idiot had a kid..or is it the damn octopuses. Hard to tell really. God i wouldn't be shocked if Ink was involved and messed up and threw the little accident here"

Error had been slowly catching up on all the AU's he had marked to be destroyed but had piled up due to Ink getting in his way. He didnt care what the idiot was up to right now and truly enjoyed the more relaxed pace but seeing how much some of these AU's had deteriorated had made his broken glitchy SOUL cringe inside.
