Once Luke got the news that he should be the host of Kronos, he sat down and listened to Thalia's favorite album, 21st century breakdown. When the song 'Last Night on Earth' came on, he took out the lyrics book, and looked up the lyrics for the song. On the side he wrote four words: I love you Thalia.
He put down the book in a convolute. Someday he would send it.
The day before he died, Luke took over Kronos and found the old convolute and put it in his jacket. Next day the words got burned together with Luke.

Thalia always felt connected to the song Viva la Gloria (little girl) by Green Day. It matched her own story, and the worst was that she was indeed the sister of Grace. Jason Grace.

After Luke's betrayal, Thalia would think she was the one singing Horseshoes and Handgrenades every time she heard the song. She heard the song many times.

When Thalia died, Luke looked at the lyrics to 21 guns, and realized that was exactly how he was feeling. Next day he agreed to help Kronos, he would do everything to get her back.

When Luke was fighting against Kronos, the song I just want to see the light kept playing in his head, because that song, was his light.

Okay, I know I said I would update the chapter about the Feast of Spes, but it took longer than I expected, and I am still not finished. Then I bought 21st Century Breakdown by Green Day...and this happened. Take that as an apology.
