"I'm gonna need a little more." Dally told me. Why couldn't he go to anyone else with his problems? Oh yeah, I remember. I'm the only one who can put up with him. "I don't know if I can, Dally. I need to help pay the bills." I said. he rolled his eyes. "Come on, Two-Bit. I'll pay ya back." he pleaded. "With what? You don't even have a job!" I said before he shushed me. I sighed.

Dally was my friend and I couldn't let him down. Going into my pocket, I pull out two twenties. "Don't waste it." I say.

Ever since Dallas laid his eyes on Makayla, he's been asking for money. "Thanks man!" he said. "Now I'm gonna get ready for my date." Addie had taken us to a resale shop called Goodwill where we could buy clothes for a good price.

When we went, Dally and Sodapop kept picking out graphic t-shirts while I only got Disney shirts with Mickey Mouse on it. "I don't know why you guys don't buy some slacks and dress shirts." Darry said when everyone had bought their clothes.

Adele really has helped us out a lot. If we hadn't run into her, who knows what might've happened?
