Dear Diary,
Eddie wasn't at school again today. I tried not to let it bother me, but it really did.
But with my secret out I was finally able to relax around my friends. Even though they treated me a tiny bit different... It wasn't anything bad.
They still looked at me as the same girl I had always been.
At lunch they asked me where Eddie was. I hadn't told them about Friday night. I shrugged my shoulders before one of the guys told is he and his family went back to England for a couple of guys for family reasons...
I tried desperately to block out that little hope that tried to surface... But it's still came.
It had me hoping that the reason Eddie hasn't contacted me was because he was out of the country....
