Chapter 3: Toriel

"Hello? Is anyone there?"

A woman's voice called out from the other room. She walks in the room and noticed me. She ran to my direction and say,

"Oh my. Such a young child to be here alone in the underground. Are you alright?"

She has that worried expression when she said that. She helped me up but I still couldn't say something. I just nodded my head as a response. What...just happened? I... I found myself looking at the floor and thinking of what might happen to me. I snap myself to reality and took some time to catch my breath after what happen. I wipped my tears and look at the woman. She patted my head and said,

"It's ok now. Let's take you to a safer room where you can relax ok?"

The woman smiled as she said that. She then took my hand and pull me with her. I follow the woman without saying a word. I still don't know what is her name though. But... this woman kinda looks like the monster from my village. But she doesn't have that large horns on her head. She must be different.
I still don't get it. Why did that happen to me awhile ago? Why did Flowey tried to kill me? I mean i still don't know the rules and regulations in the underground. I stayed silent and I heard the woman sigh and look at me for awhile and said,

"You still haven't calmed down, have you? It's ok now. Now that i'm here, I will always protect you from those who wants to hurt you. So worry not my child."

After she said that, we reached the other room. It has this large door. But before we enter, the woman turn around again and and said,

"I almost forgot. I am Toriel. I know that I should have said it early but please forgive me my child. Let us continue ok? I will take you to my house. There, it's much safer."

Toriel is kind and gentle. Just like the monster in the village. The monster did nothing but smile when it was attacked. That poor guy. As we enter the room, the first thing I saw is that the walls are all violet-pink kinda color. On the way to Toriel's house, she ask me,

"Do you prefer cinnamon or butterscotch?"

Hmm I think I'll go with cinnamon. I replied,

"I prefer cinnamon. Both of them are my favorite but I really like cinnamon."

Toriel laugh alittle and said,

"So that's what your voice sounds like. It's so cute. It's as cute as your face."

I laugh alittle and thank Toriel. First compliment I have had in the underground. I wonder how many people are in the here. We reached Toriel's house. It's cute small house but also the color is violet-pink. We go inside. Wow it's so quiet. Toriel looked at me and made a request.

"My child, I want to show you something and after I showed you that something, I want you to rest there for as long as you want. And I also want you to relax and forget everything about what happen to you awhile ago ok?"

I nodded in respond.

"Alright. My child, I want you to be safe and alright. Let's go. I will show you that something now."

She walks to the right hall way and took me into a room.

"Here it is. This is your own personal room now. You can stay here for aslong as you want ok. I will leave you for now. I have some business to attend to. Goodbye my child. Have a good rest."

Toriel patted my my head and left. After she closed the door, I immediately do what she told me to do. I jump to the bed and face planted my face on the pillow. Oh my God! It's so comfortable. For a short period of time, I started to doze of. 4 hours has passed, I woke up. I wiped my eyes and saw a pie on the floor. There's is a note on it. It says: My child, I made you this pie while you were sleeping. If you are wondering what is the flavor of it, it is cinnamon and butterschotch flavor. You told me that you like both flavors, so why not mix them? I hope you like it. -Toriel
I look at the pie and took a bite. Wow, it's so delicious! I can't belive it.
I should make like this for dessert every Sunday dinner. I won't eat it all. I will just keep this since it is in plastic.
