Luke's POV

Today is the Last day.

Well, technically the day before the morning we leave..

But still. I'm going to miss it here so much.

Mostly because of the one girl that changed my life for the better.

I woke up early this morning just to see her face.

I wrote this song, that I had just finished, but I'm afraid to sing it to her.

Mostly because of Michael.

Of course she has to have a boyfriend, and of course the boyfriend has to be my best friend. It pains me that she will never look at me the way she looks at him.

It kills me that I'm so afraid to lose her, when she's not even mine.

"Fuck it." I mutter, and stand up from the couch.

It's 9:00 in the morning, and I'm praying to god that I can get Raven before Michael can. Chances are, I can, since it's early morning and Michaels a lazy ass.

I slide on my black vans, and rest a black beanie on top of my head and leave my house, not even telling my mom I'm leaving.

-

I arrive at her house five minutes later, with my guitar in the backseat of my car.

I knock on her door, hoping that either her or her dad where awake.

Several seconds pass, and the door opens, her dad stands there with a smile. "Ah, Luke. Great to see you. Come on in."

I smile at him. "Thanks Mr. Wilde.

He shakes his head and chuckles. "Raven is still asleep, so you can hang here, or you know.." His eyes dart towards the ceiling.

I nod, and make my way upstairs.

I walk into her clean room, and bend down close to her.

"Rave?" I whisper in her ear.

She tosses, and runs a hand through her hair. "Luke? What are you-"

I cut her off by kissing her cheek. "Let's go. I have a surprise."

She rubs her blue eyes, that still sparkle even in a dark room. "Where?"

I giver her my hand, and she takes it. "Oh..just somewhere special."

I lift her out of bed. "Okay..do I need to change?" She asks, and looks up at me.

I stare at her, unable to look away. She's beautiful. With her perfect imperfections and her cute little nose and her frail frame. Her eyes could light up the night in seconds, and her beauty is blindingly beautiful.

I shake my head. "N-no you're pretty-I mean great..I me-ugh." I shake my head.

Stupid, Luke. She's probably freaked out by now."

Instead of her freaking out, she laughed, and slid on her black ugg boots. "Oh Lucas."

She grabs my hand and pulls me downstairs, and we come across her dad. "We're going somewhere secretive." Raven adorably giggles.

God, I need help.

Her dad nods and smiles. "Have fun."

Raven nods, and looks up at me.

I pull her towards the car, and she hops in the passenger seat, and I get in the drivers seat, and drive away.
