Toby and I were cuddling on the couch and I said, "Wanna watch a movie or something?"

He turns to look at me and whispers, "I've got a better idea." He gets up to go to his-our room and comes back with his guitar again. "Pick a song, any song."

I think for a minute or so and say," I'm Yours by Jason Mraz." he looks at me and wiggles his eyebrows. I slap him playfully and giggle, "Just play the song, doofus."

He sits on the couch and faces me and strums his guitar.

He sings,

I tried to be chill but you're so hot that I melted

I fell right through the cracks

Now I'm trying to get back

Before the cool dawn run out

He stops singing for a second and nibbles my ear. I bite my bottom lip to keep from moaning.

I've been spending way too long checking my tongue in the mirror

Toby sticks out his tongue and I laugh at his silliness.

And bending over backwards just to try to see it clearer

But my breath fogged up the glass

And so I drew a new face and I laughed.

I guess what I'll be saying is there ain't no better reason

To rid yourself of vanities and just go with the seasons.
