Ding** I walk over and answer the door "Hey!" Mary Margaret greets me with a smile "Hi! Ready?" I ask already knowing the answer She shakes her head and puts her bags on the table "I brought my dress, Make up, Straightener,Brushes and other stuff" "You know I have all those things right?" I ask her "Ya but with twice the stuff we will be twice as fast...it's not like we can open the windows and call birds to come do our hair" she laughs I walk over and open the window and she looks at me weirdly "Eh just in case" I shrug Mary Margret starts unpacking her things and gets out her dress. It's red, goes to her elbows, and the goes to right above her knees

"I'm wearing this with red shoes what do you think?" She asks looking up at me expectantly "I love it" I say honestly "but more importantly David will love it" I wink and she laughs blushing "Now show me yours!" She says excitedly I walk into my room and get my dress and go show it to her "Oh my gosh your going to look amazing in that!" She says "Makeup first?" I ask "Ya I'll do your hair while you do your makeup and then we'll switch" I nod and go get my makeup "Ok so straight or curly?" She asks "Straight" I say and she nods and picks up her straightner I start applying foundation and concealer under my eyes. After I do all my eyeshadow my hair is almost finished. I start to do my eyeliner but my hands are shaking and I mess up "That's it" I put my head in my hands and sigh "I can't do this" Your gonna freeze up Your gonna get to attached Your gonna look horrible You- "What's wrong?" Mary Margaret asks concerned "Are you nervous?" She says almost not believing it "Don't laugh" I mumble "Emma! Your amazing there is no need to be nervous okay? You will have so much fun tonight okay? I'll be your wing man. Now finish your makeup. You got this" I put my hands down from my face "you always were good at pep talks" I laugh slightly and she smiles "It's a gift" You got this Emma now only if I can not totally mess up my makeup I'll be good

"Emma!Cmon were gonna be late it's 7:15"Mary Margaret calls from the other room I walk out and say "we're meeting them at 8:00 I think we're good" "You look so good!" Mary Margaret says and I blush and smile "You look even better! I didn't know you looked that good in red" I say and start putting things away "Cmon lets go I have to drop Henry at his friends house on the way" I say yelling his name "Henry!! We're leaving are you ready?" "Coming mom" Henry yells back "Who's house" Mary Margaret asks "His friend Jimmy" I say "Is there going to be girls there?" She says raising an eyebrow "No, of course not" I say surely Henry walks in "Henry?" I look over at him "Yeah" "Is there going to be any girls at Jimmy's house?" I say giving him my mom stare/glare "No mom obviously.."Henry says "let's go" he says grabbing my keys "Okay let me just get my things" I say and Mary Margaret goes with Henry Smart Kid Half an hour...that's it then it's just you and him No Mary Margaret will have your back Your right I walk downstairs and get into my car. "Okay let's go" When I park in front of Henry's friends house I turn back in my seat to face him "Ready?" I ask "Yeah but mom..remember be careful okay I haven't met this guy but you seem pretty happy about him. You look really nice but don't let him take advantage of that okay mom?" "Yes Henry I understand but shouldn't I be the one giving you this talk?" I say laughing "I don't know. Anyways bye mom love you! Bye Mary Margaret!" He says getting out of the car "Bye Henry!" We both say "He's such a great young man" Mary Margaret says "Thanks to us" I smile Me and Mary Margaret raised him basically. He doesn't have a dad so I always needed help with balancing work and staying with Henry and he was always there for me. "Now let's go" I say pulling out into the street "Are you still nervous" "Not as much" I say honestly "what about you. Your the one who wanted to go out with David so badly" I tease her "Not that much" She glares at me "Uh huh" "But actually no not that much I'm really excited" she says "Good because we're here" I say parking into the restaurant We walk to the front but we're still outside and I start talking to Mary Margret when I hear a voice from behind me "Woah"
