Dinner Bribes and Drives

"Woah"
I turn around and see Killian awestruck and David walking after him.
"So shall we go inside?" He says waving his hands towards the restaurant
"Let's go" I smile at Mary Margaret and give her an encouraging nod. She walks over to David and says greets him.
We walk in and go to the table.
good now all you have to do is try and act cool

"So love, what would you like?" Killian asks looking at the menu
"Do they have burgers" they all laugh
"what i like burgers" i say shrugging
"Emma this is a fancy restaurant that  you can't get a reservation for in less than a month notice.They handpick their staff from the finest of chefs..."he says shaking his head to me

He smiles "I'm just kidding Swan, I'll be right back." Killian says getting up and heading towards the kitchen.
"he must really lke you.He usully nver gets off his ass" David says lauging nd rolling his eyes.
i laugh as Killian sits back down "what are you gys laughing about?" he asks
I say "nothing the same tim David says "your ass"
Killian glares at David.The wautr comes o or tables and when he asks m what i would like Killian aswers for me "dont worry got it covered"
w have some small chat about work and stuff. Mary margaret and David seem to really like each other.Killian notices this too and leans over.
"I thin David is actually smitten by your friend" he says kina shocked looking at them laughing
"Her name is Mary Margaret and yeah they look like they're having fun."
He turns and looks at me "How did you guys meet?You and Mary Marget" Killian asks
"Oh actually it's actually not a long story.Mary Margaret found me alone one nigh when i was around thirteen maybe fourteen.I was walking in the street and it was so cold and she saw me and invited me into her house.She was so kind and her house was so big it was like a castle to me.Especially since the..house I was currently living in  much.Mostly everyone i had ever known wasn't who they said they were or never actually cared about me so i grew up thinking that everyone was like that but there she was giving me blankets and making us hot cocoa.She was my first real friend." I look over at her "she still is"
"wow that is a good story.She must be quite the friend.You must mean a lot to each other"
"mhm yeah" I smile
say something!
uhh
The waiter comes with our food
thank God
Wait..
"You didn't" I say disbelieving
"What? Bribe the chef to make a burger?" he smirks "No of course not!"
"This is great thank you"
"No problem Love, just enjoy"
we eat our food and talk a little bit more.Mary Margaret is trying to carefully eat her food. She still seems nervous.
Time to embarrass her
"Hey Mary Margaret, remember that time we were having a twilight marathon and you spilled the whole ice cream tub you were devouring onto your shirt?Then continued to eat it" I say loud enough for David to hear. He laughs and she blushes and (hardcore) glares at me.
"We were 16" she defends L at me then turns to David and then repeats "we were sixteen"
"It's fine it's kinda cut anyways" h says making her blush
thats how its done
I lean back into my seat and smile at Killian who's head is turned down to his phone with his eyebrows knit together.
Wow how can anybody but that perfect
His jaw slightly clenched and his eyes focused
You would think when your staring at someone you would notice them moving
"sorry quick work thing"he says putting his snapping me out of it
"Everything okay?" he asks looking slightly worried
"Perfect"I say meaning it

When we finish  Killian and David pay and we walk out.
Mary Margaret and David are saying their goodbyes and Killian is standing in front of me.
dang he looks so good in the moonlight
Snap out of it swan be catches you staring again
"Today was great Killian, thanks for everything"I say smiling up at him
walk away now Swan
Don't try and make a move it'll just end badly
"No problem love,  had a great time tonight.I've never seen David like this though.Good for him" he says proudly looking over at David
I nod "Thanks again' I say turning away to walk to the car but he grabs my hand and twirls me  around.Before i can react he kisses me lightly on the cheek. "Til next time Swan" he smiles and turns around swiftly andd walks towards his car in the other direction.
     I stand there like an idiot until Mary Margaret comes and takes me to he car.
On the way home she goes on about how great David is. But the only thing on Emma's mind is Killian Jones. Little does she know that he's thinking about her just as much.
