Ryder's Pov

I lost her. I sighed and went home.

"Hey son." Dad said smiling.

"Hey." I said quietly.

"Come on son be a little happy. You've been down since you and Christina went different ways." Dad said.

"Dad I'm fine. I need to go do something." I said.

Dad just chuckled but nodded

My phone started ringing and I sighed.

"Hey." I said.

"Christina Rose has gotten into a car accident and-"

"Wait what?!" I yelled putting on my shoes.

"Sir calm-"

"I'll be there." I said.

"But-"

I pressed end.

"Hey Ryd where are you going?" My Mom asked reaching up to kiss my cheek.

"Mom I need to go." I said.

"Why are you in a hurry?" Dad asked.

"It's not time for twenty questions! Christina is hurt." I snapped.

"Wait... We're coming." Mom said.

"No stay here." I said and ran out of the front door before Mom could say anything. I got in my car and drove off to the hospital.

It's creepy that I knew what hospital she was at without the woman telling me.

I got out of the car and ran inside and to room 305.

Christina.

"Christina wake up." I said shaking her.

"Son she's probably not going to make it." The doctor said quietly.

"Come on Christina wake up." I said shaking her harder.

"Kid-"

"God damn it wake up Christina! I love you!" I yelled as a tear left my eye.

"You need to-"

"I love her!" I yelled at the doctor who put his hands up in fear.

"Just take it easy." He said quietly.

I looked back over to Christina who wasn't moving.

Gosh I fucking love her. I kissed her forehead.

"Please wake up." I begged and she still didn't move. She didn't have a heart beat actually.

"No Christina." I said quietly.

"She was in critical condition when we got to her and we tried..." He trailed off quietly.

"Damn it!" I yelled.

"You can try if you want but it probably won't work." The doctor said as everyone cleared out of the room. I grabbed her hand and kissed her forehead again.

"I love you Christina. Just open your eyes." I begged. She didn't move and tears left my eyes.

"Christina just move a bit. Just show me you're not dead!" I yelled crying harder.

She still didn't move.

"Kid. She's dead." The doctor said.

"No she's not." I said crying.

"Yes-"

"No she's not. Christina please say something." I said.

She didn't do anything. She can't be gone. No.
****************
1 month later

It was her funeral today and I was getting more dressed up then ever before. I wore a black suit with a black bow tie.

"Hey." Mom said quietly.

"Hey." I said.

We all got in the car to go to her funeral and the casket was on the altar.

Her friend Alyssa gave a speech.

And then I did. I didn't have a lot to say. But she was such a good girl.

I walked over to her casket and touched it.

"Can I see her one more time?" I asked quietly as a tear left my eye. Everyone nodded and I opened it up.

I grabbed her hand and kissed her cheek.

"Christina come on just say something." I begged.

"She's dead Ryder." Emma said.

"No she can't be." I said.

"Ryder come here." Mom said.

"No no no. She can't just die." I said.

"Ryder she's dead." Alyssa said.

She groaned.

"Christina." I said smiling a bit.

She used sign language.

"What's she saying?" I asked.

"She's in pain." Emma said and Christina nodded.

"Angel come here." I said. I picked her up from the casket as everyone stared in amazement.

I kissed her nose.

"I'm sorry. I know it hurts." I whispered. I was taking her to my car where my Mom and Das were heading. I laid her down with her head in my lap.

Emma was in the car so that if she said anything I'd know. She started doing motions.

"It hurts really bad." Emma said.

"We're almost home my little angel. Please say something." I begged wanting her to talk.

She shook her head.

"Angel for me. Please." I said.

"I love you too." She whispered before burying her face in my chest. I pulled her up and put her on my lap and started stroking her hair.

I kissed her forehead and she hissed in pain. And I realized I kissed one of her scars.

"Baby I'm sorry." I whispered.

Once we got to my house I carried her upstairs to my bed.

She pulled on my hair.

"Cupcake I'm sorry. I know it hurts. I'm coming back with a first aid kit ok?" I promised. She nodded and I kissed her forehead cheek nose and neck.

"That's a lot of kisses." Emma said chuckling quietly.

"Shush." I said glaring at her before leaving the room. I grabbed the first aid kit from Moms room.

"Angel it's gonna hurt." I said quietly and Christina whimpered.

"I promise I'll try to be gentle."

She nodded.

I tended to her bruises as she hissed and cried out in pain.

"Baby girl I'm sorry." I whispered.

Once I was done I crawled over to her and pulled her to me.

"Yeah I'm gonna go now. This is extremely awkward." Emma said and I laughed.

She quietly walked out of the room.

"Baby talk to me please." I begged.

I felt her shake her head no against my chest.

"For me. For Rydster." I said smiling a bit.

She shook her head again and I sighed.

"Princess please." I said caressing her cheek with my thumb.

She squirmed but still shook her head.

"God damn it Christina." I snapped at her making her whimper.

"I'm sorry baby." I cooed. I whispered soothing words in her ear until she fell asleep on my chest. I stroked her silky soft hair until I eventually dosed off as well.
