Chapter 22

Alexa's Pov

Kayla Emma Emily all of Emma's team Alexis Audrey and I are going dress shopping.

Ryder and Jayden and Jake decided to tag along because they claim they have taste.

Our weddings were coming up in 6 months now and we needed to find a dress.

"Oh gosh. Can I wear some basketball shorts and a shirt that says baller?" I asked rolling my eyes.

"Baby girl I'm special." Jay said.

"Oh you're special Jay. A special pain in the ass that I still have refused to smack upside the head." I snapped.

"I need to call Aubrey." Audrey said.

"Tiger I'm confiscating your phone." Jake said.

"Jake-"

"Give it." Jake said.

"Just 5 minutes." Audrey bargained.

"No. You called her 15 minutes ago." Jake snapped.

"No it was 20." Audrey muttered.

"You'll get it back after we're done shopping." Jake promised. Audrey punched him square in the nose almost knocking him out before giving him the phone.

"Oww." Jake snapped.

"Go to hell. I swear if Aubrey gets hurt. I'm kicking your ass like a man. Like a man playing football to be exact." Audrey said.

"I love you." Jake said kissing her forehead.

"Hey don't kiss me. I still get the stupid butterflies." Audrey muttered and Kayla and I laughed.

"You sound like Alexis." I said.

"Yeah. She'd yell at Aaron for kissing her while she's reading." Kayla said.

Jake grabbed her hand and pecked her cheek.

"She'll be fine." Jake whispered.

"Jake I'm not lovesick puppy Alexa I'll dough you if I don't get it by the end of this shopping spree." Audrey promised and Jake smiled.

"I know. Come on." Jake said as we started dress shopping.

Christina's Pov

I saw some guy staring at me. You see I've never had a boyfriend but I know Ryder has a temper.

Ryder walks off without me knowing and guy finished up the conversation with a friend before coming to talk to me.

"Hey." He says smiling. I take out paper and write on it.

'Hi.' I write.

"Mute?" He asked smiling and I nodded. "I'm John." He said. 'Christina.' I wrote down smiling.

"So uh... you here with friends?" He asked.

'Yeah I have to go though.' I said.

"Wait uh can I get your email?" He asked smiling.

"Um no." Ryder said.

"N-n-n-nice m-meeting y-y-you." I stuttered out and he smiled.

"Bye." He said but Ryder grabbed my upper arm.

"What were you doing with him?" He asked.

I used sign language.

"Just talk please." Ryder begged.

"I was talking to him." I said.

"Mmhm." Ryder said rolling his eyes.

"I was. Seriously." I said.

"So why'd he ask for your email?" Ryder asked.

'We're just friends.' I mouthed.

"I don't like him." Ryder snapped.

"You don't like any other guy that talks to me you idiot." I snapped at him.

"Just stay close to me. Please." Ryder said.

"I hate you sometimes you possessive jerk." I muttered.

"Christina stop it. I'm not in the mood." Ryder said.

"This dress is stupid. Basketball shorts. Please." Alexa begged.

"You're doing it for your bae." Jay said smiling.

"Oh I'm gonna do something for my bae." Alexa replied putting her first to her hand making Kayla laugh.

"I like this one." Kayla said.

"You buying?" Alexa asked.

"With Jason's credit card." Kayla said and I chuckled.

"I really love this one though. I just hate dresses." Alexa replied.

"Come on I like this one. Please." Jay said. He put his arms around Alexa and her breath hitched.

"Don't forget to breath baby girl." Jay said chuckling.

"Jerk." Alexa snapped at him.

He chuckled but kissed her neck.

"Come on my future bride to be." Jay said dragging her

Audrey's Pov

I pushed him up against the brick wall  hard.

"Give me my fucking phone because it's been over 2 fucking hours since I've heard her little voice." I growled.

"Not until I get a kiss." Jake said.

"That wasn't apart of the deal!" I roared.

"Tiger. I want a kiss." He said his thumb caressing my cheek.

I crashed his lips on mine and he smiled immediately.

I suddenly pushed him.

"I kissed your lips and I felt the cliche fireworks and butterflies now I need my baby." I said grabbing him by the shirt.

"Can you reach it?" He asked putting it up.

I punched him making him drop it and I picked it up.

"Really?" He asked wiping the blood off of his nose.

"Don't fucking try any of that bull." I said shrugging and Alexa laughed.

"Hey." Jason said.

"Um hi. Yeah can I talk to my baby?" I asked.

"Fine." Jason said chuckling.

"Aubrey its for you!" Jason yelled.

"Hi Mom-Audrey. Audrey." Aubrey said.

"Um hi baby. Are you ok?" I asked.

"Yeah. Jason was playing GTA with me." Aubrey said.

"Ok baby. You stay safe. Please don't get hurt and if he hurts you you call me. Who do I love more than anyone?" I whispered.

"Jake." Aubrey joked.

"Nah he wouldn't let me call you." I said.

"So how did you call me?" Aubrey asked.

"So maybe I punched him..." I said and Aubrey laughed as Jake groaned in pain. I kissed his nose.

"I love you baby sis." I said.

"Love you too." Aubrey said. I knew she was smiling. Thank goodness she's smiling.

"My bae." I said smiling as I hung up.

"I'm in pain here." Jake snapped.

"You decided you wanted to play games so I had to let you know what's up. And I missed my baby." I said.

Jake sighed and everyone else just laughed.

"Why do I love you?" Jake asked.

"Hey it's not to late. I don't do the tears and shit. I'll be like I loved him and then if you leave I'll be like well I have homework." I said shrugging and Jake laughed.

"That's code for I love you." Jake said smiling.

"Yup."
