Two in One

Inside a mansion, a boy was pacing around, frantic over what he had just seen. His breathing was quick and unsettled. "Okay— okay. This isn't bad. It's not." he tries to reason with himself. "So you found out your lady's identity, not that bad. Right, Plagg?" he asks as he turns to the black fairy. The said fairy didn't respond. He just ate the cheese left for him. The boy mutters, "why did I ask?"

He faces the window and looks out with a frown. His chest feels heavy and walks over to lean on the still. Adrien follows the sight of the clouds moving, practically seeing a form of Ladybug and Marinette. He groans and puts his head down after seeing the two clouds collide.

Plagg floats over to his chosen and hands him a piece of aged cheese. "And this is why you don't get involved with girls."

The boy waves his hand at the kwami like he had heard a fly. "Shut up. You don't know what it's like to be human and hopelessly in love." The black ball of destruction shrugs and floats off back to Adrien's sock drawer.

"What am I going to do?" the boy still whines.

His tiny cat sighs tiredly. "They're both girls. Pick one. Get over it!"

"But their both the same person!"

"Congrats, you figured it out—"

"You knew?!" Adrien gasps.

Plagg rolls his eyes. "I'm a black fairy that floats and gives you super-human powers that defy logic. I'm pretty sure I could find another person like you without trying." He shut the kids mouth up with his paw and continues. "I'm not getting involved with your stupid quest to find love and crap."

Adrien still moans. "I don't know what to do! They both aren't interested in Chat Noir, I can't just ask Ladybug for a visit, and Marinette is just too nervous around me."

"Oh, poor you." Plagg mocks. "The girl you've been gushing over for the past two years has always been sitting behind you in class. What a tragedy."

"You're really mean today," Adrien points out.

"You're whinier and more lovesick than usual so we're even."
