"Malamar! This isn't funny!" You called angrily. "I'm starting to wish you hadn't evolved.." You mumbled to yourself. It was never this much trouble as an Inkay. You continued to call its name and look for it everywhere; it and your stuff, which it had hidden. "Malamar!" You tried again.
After awhile, you gave up and sat down on your couch. You had gotten so frustrated you were close to tears. You ran your fingers through your hair, breathing heavily.
"Mala?"
You looked to your right to see Malamar peeking around the corner. It rushed over to you and hugged you. "Malamar..."
"I wish you wouldn't take my stuff.."
"Malamar.." It said sadly. It went away for a few seconds before returning with your stuff. You thanked it and headed towards the door, but before you could open it, Malamar wrapped itself around you again. You sighed, turned around, and hugged it back.
"What's wrong...? Do you not like me leaving?"
"Mal, Malamar..." It nodded.
You sighed. "Why didn't you just tell me? You can come with me, if you want."
"Malamar!" It's face lit up instantly.
"Let's go then!"
