The door opened soundlessly when Jae sneaked into the house, he managed to close it before he heard his mom's footsteps on the stairs.

He was so scared and desperate, that he jumped to the couch in the living room and threw a blanket over himself pretending he's asleep. Will she notice, will she know? He trembled, but tried to breath steady while she walked into the room and stopped, then her footsteps came closer, she leaned in caressing his hair and fixing his blanket, before she left the room.

So he waited, till his parents were busy eating breakfast, then he sneaked upstairs to take a quick shower.

The school corridors were crowded and loud. Jae was running towards the class, because he came a little late, when he banged into someone and all the books the person was holding landed on the floor.

"Soffy," muttered Jae trying to collect the books when he noticed the boy he ran over was no other than Qian Kun.

The young trainee seemed furious when grabbed the books out of Jae's hands.

"Listen to me loser, you crossed my way," said Kun his eyes were tossing thunders. "Remember that I will crush you", he crumbled a paper in his fist and walked off.

Jae glanced left and right not sure what to say, but then he noticed his friends, who stopped next to a wall and observed the situation.

"Is he on drugs or just mental? He should attend a anger issue therapy," said Doyoung when they hurried to Jae.

"I guess he had a bad day," Jae was somehow defending the boy again.

"I will crush you, have you heard him, mental," Doyoung pressed his finger to his forehead.

"Like thfowing bottles at buildings at 2 a.m.," Jae's cheeks became red when he glanced at Taeyong, who had deep dark shadows under his eyes and looked like if the hangover was still kicking him hard.

Doyoung glanced from Jae to Taeyong shaking his head again.

"Bad?" asked Sicheng, who stopped behind Ten's back and seemed scared.

"No, don't woffy," Jae smiled to him.

In this moment they saw Taeil walking down the corridor so Jae shouted his name, but the boy ignored them.

"What happened to him?" asked Doyoung.

"Taeil we're here!" Ten raised his hand, but Taeil never turned around.

He pressed his earphones into his earholes and moved even faster.

"Lauren, I guess," said Doyoung and Jae tensed.

He was getting into a solid friendship relationship with Lauren, so maybe he could convince her to like Taeil. She just needed a litte more time to get over Yuta.

But as the day went on all attempts the friends made to talk to Taeil were worthless. He stayed slient like a stone and Doyoung and Jae began to worry a lot. They had known Taeil since kindergarten and never ever has he refused to speak to them.

"What have we done to him, can you think of anything?" asked Doyoyng, when they were sitting in the cafeteria and watching how Kun joined the cool clique.

"No," everyone shook their heads and Jae tensed when Taeil walked in.

He grabbed his food and took a small table at the wall where he ate all alone.

"This is impossible!" Doyoung wasn't in the mood to eat and Jae was also chewing on his fries miserably.

Taeyong tried to cheer him up, he caressed his knee under the table, but it didn't bring much.

The school day started and ended bad, and the next days made the situation even worse. Taeil was still ignoring his friends and to Jae's horror he spent the cafeteria time with Kun and the cool clique. On Wednesday the morning started with a double dance class so the boys were stretching before Mr. Wang came. Jae was doing some fake stretching when Sicheng came in. He smiled brightly and put his bag next to the wall. Moments later he was on the floor bent in a split and Jae opened his mouth. The whole class stopped whatever they were doing and watched the boy's insane flexibility none of them could reach in a million years of training.

"He doesn't have bones," whispered Jae, when Sicheng did a handstand in a perfect split and bent his spine in a way snake people could do.

"Of course he has bones, he just has cartilages in his spine, happens when you start to dance when you're two or three and your bones aren't fused yet," explained Doyoung.

"You're a walking encyclopedia," laughed Ten but then Johnny and Hansol started to whistle.

"Hey bubble gum boy, what if it stays like this, will you roll over the floor to get to Miss Hillary's class," they laughed loud and Sicheng glanced to Jae, who showed him with his hand movement to ignore it.

So the boy kept stretching and Mr. Wang came in to find him in one of this positions. The teacher was so stunned he needed a moment to start the class and when he found out, that the boy was certificated dancer from the best dance school in China, he was more than amazed. Kun rolled his eyes and Jae heard him saying"As stretched as stupid," to Hansol and Johnny and he closed his fists.

Somehow Kun was more scary and intimidating than Yuta, but Yuta had picked on them since kindergarten days and they somehow got used to his rough, but rather honest personality.

So the dance lesson was kid of lazy and at the end Sicheng showed everyone his traditional Chinese dance.

"His head hasn't moved an inch during the backflip, have you seen that?" Doyoung was still amazed, when they left the changing rooms after a proper shower.

Jae stopped in the corridor and glanced around to find Taeil Kun Johnny and Hansol, they walked off smiling loud and Jae felt pain.

Soon Taeyong and Sicheng joined Jae and the skinny boy grabbed Jae's arm.

"Kun bad, laugh Sicheng," whispered the boy and Jae put his arm around him.

Sichneg was so sweet everyone in the clique had a huge urge to protect him and Jae felt like a older brother although they were only a few months apart.

"Kun stupid," muttered Jae, but Sicheng was still sad.

Taeyong came closer and rubbed the boy's back. They really hoped it won't get worse.
