(Emma's POV)
Mom and I were talking in the kitchen when there was a knock at the door. "That must be him," she says with a smile before I headed to the door. When I open the door, I am greeted by Killian.

"Hello there love," he says with a smirk as he scans me up and down, licking his lips. I can't help but blush. "Ready to go?"

"Yep," I grab my purse and my phone. "Bye Mom!"

"Have fun!" I hear her say before I close the door.

"Shall we?" He extends his elbow out and I link my arm in with a smirk.

We exit the building and start walking along the sidewalk. "So...are you going to tell me where we're going or what?"

Killian smirks. "And ruin all the fun? Nah." I roll my eyes in response. Next time, I'm planning the date.

Soon, Killian stops walking and faces me. "Well here we are love," gesturing to the bar next to us. It was called 'The Rabbit Hole', pretty much the only bar in Storybrooke. I've never actually been in there but I remember my mom going with Ruby and Ashley way back to before the first curse was broken. I've always wanted to go check the place out for myself but never got around to doing so with everything that's been happening in Storybrooke.

"A bar? Really?"

"I thought it might be better than Granny's." And I chuckle. He opens the door for me. "M'lady."

Always a gentlemen, I thought as I roll my eyes and enter the bar. With Killian following closely behind, I make my way into the bar. The stench of alcohol hit me almost immediately and the atmosphere changed rather drastically. I take my seat at the bar and Killian sat on the stool next to me.

"So shots?" My eyes widen.

"What? No!"

"Why not, love?"

"Because--I can't--I have a job and--"

"C'mon swan. You've been working so hard lately, and we finally have a break from curses and evil sorcerers and someone trying to destroy the town. Just relax, let yourself have a little fun once in a while,"

To hell with it. "What the hell, sure shots sound great," I immediately regret the words that somehow slipped, out of my mouth, but it was too late. Before I had time to take it back, Killian had ordered us two drinks.

The bartender quickly poured us our drinks, which he had probably down a hundred times before, and set them down in front of us.

Killian picks up his glass and I follow. "A toast," he says. "To the quiet moments."

"To the quiet moments," and we clink our glasses together before taking the drink and placing it back down rather hard. I could feel the burning sensation as the alcohol made its way down my throat to my stomach. And it felt good.

(Killian's POV)
Before I knew it, Emma had had about 5 shots or so and was pretty drunk by the looks of it. Little does she know that I've been holding back on the drinks and have only had about 2 shots while the rest I tossed over my shoulder. Because I know that if we were both drunk, it would've caused a lot of trouble. Besides, someone has to make sure she gets home okay and if I unleashed drunken Killian, that someone would not have been me.
