Villain Name: Jester Quinn (Outfit is above added with a black mask like Robin's to hide her eyes and black gloves. Changes later.)

Eyes: were originally brown but turned aqua after particle accelerator explosion

Hair: originally brown but turned fuschia/magenta after PAE

Can change hair from magenta to green later.

Age: 11 at beginning; 13 later

Birthday: May 27, 1997

Personality: Very outgoing and loves to joke around. Can be serious, but it doesn't last long. Is very smart, passed down from her genes. Generally kind but in her own mean kinda way. Lighthearted. Blunt. Teasing. Energetic. Takes joy in everything she does. Acts maturely whenever it's needed.

After getting hit with the particle accelerator, Aura was put into a coma for a good 3 months before she woke. She learned that she was now under the care of Caitlin Snow since her parents were so close with her. She stayed with her for a year and hung out with Cisco, Barry, and the others before she discovered she had powers similar to Barry's, causing her hair and eyes to change after discovering them. She didn't tell the others about her speed but did talk about her electricity. The others were generally shocked but helped. She stayed a week and decided it best if she left as to not cause her friends trouble. Aura was home alone and decided to leave for Gotham, hoping that they wouldn't follow her. Aura somehow got to Gotham and after getting situated in how the city worked, she began teaching herself how to pickpocket among other things. 7 months pass. On her most unlucky night, she gets jumped by a larger group of a gang she stole from a few days back. The two people who rescued her wasn't the Dynamic Duo but the Deranged Duo instead, who happened to be looking for a protégé. From that day forward she was raised as their daughter.

Without realizing till almost the end, I did make her somewhat bisexual.
