DUSTIN’S POV

 

Pakshet na buhay ‘to. This is the first time Chloe and I have a fight and it’s only because of Sylvanna. Wrong timing naman kasi itong pinsan ko! Kung hindi rin sana niya pinakielaman ang phone ko, hindi sana kami magkakagalit ni mhine at hindi rin sana ako problemado ngayon. Tsk. =________=

It has been three d-amn days since Chloe avoided me. She didn’t even answer my calls nor replied to my texts. Everytime I went to their house, Chloe hasn’t been around for f-cking sake. Nakakapakshet talaga!

“It’s your fault, Vanna!” I blamed her over the phone. By the way, I’m currently in the X10’s private room here in the campus.  Walang magawa dahil busy ang lahat para sa concert for the cause na gaganapin mamayang gabi. -_____-

[“I’m really, sorry, Dusty. Hindi ko naman alam na mamimisinterpret niya ang nakita niya.”]

I massaged the bridge of my nose and heaved a deep sigh. “But you know, you could interfere to our God-amn conversation that day, right? Bakit tumunganga ka lang dun? You should have helped me explain everything to her right there.”

[“…Sorry na, Dusty. Hindi mo ako masisisi! Nakakatakot kaya siya. The way she looked to me, I felt like she was skinning me alive! Ang taray ng girlfriend mo. Huhuhu!”]

I unconsciouly shook my head on what she said. She’s right. Chloe’s terrifying look that day made me a kind of nervous. That’s how scared she was. -___-

 “I need you to help me anyway. Kailangan mo siyang kausapin para sa akin.”

[“Whaaaaat? Noooooo! Ayoko! Baka sabunutan o kaya sampalin niya ako!”]

Napa-tsk nalang ako sa sagot niya. “She won’t. Basta kausapin mo lang siya ng maayos. Make her believe you. Make her know the truth, okay?”

It has been a minute of silence over the phone between us. What now? Bakit ‘di na siya nagsalita?

“Hey, Vanna.”

[“Sorry, Dusty. Pero mas mabuti kung makipag-ayos ka muna sa kanya bago mo ako iharap sa kanya. Natatakot talaga ako eh!”]

“Hey-----“ I heard the hang up tone that made me groan irritatingly. “Sh*t. How will I do that then?”

Kung bakit naman kasi naglayas si Vanna sa bahay nila at sa lahat ng pupuntahang tao ay sa akin pa siya lumapit? Ako na nga ang tumulong, ako pa ang naperwisyo. The heck. =________=

Door opens…

Tumingin ako sa pinto nang marinig ko itong bumukas. Sina Wayne at Toffer pala.

“Oh, hindi pa rin kayo ayos ng girlfriend mo?” Bungad sa akin ni Wayne tapos umupo sila sa kani-kanilang swivel chair katapat ng desk nila.

Hindi ko na siya sinagot. Silence means yes for me. =___=

“Nag-away sila?” Toffer asked.

Through my peripheral vision, I saw Wayne threw something at Toffer. “Tingin mo tatambay mag-isa si Dustin dito, Baby Toffer? Eh halos magkapalit na nga sila ng mukha ni Chloe dahil hindi na sila mapaghiwalay eh.”

Natawa naman itong si Toffer. Hindi niya yata napansin yung asar ni Wayne sa kanya na baby. “Hindi ko maimagine na mapupunta ang mukha mo Dustin sa katawan ni Chloe. Hahahaha!” XD
