Two days slowly passed and Emily woke up and rushed to the toilet as she threw up. Lizzy was with her at the time and comforted her if Shaun didn't hear her.
After a while, Emily and Shaun went to Charlie's next hearing. "I hope we won't have a repeat of the last trial." "We won't your honour." "Good. Mister Cole. I'd like you to take the stand please." He gladly nodded and went to the stand next to the judge.
After he explained what happened to everyone, the jury nodded their heads and the judge told everyone that the jury had to decide on a verdict. Emily and Shaun went outside for some fresh air.
"I hope they find find him guilty after what he did to you. Then they can slam him in prison. Lock him up and throw away the key." "Yeah. I just can't get over he fact that he's jealous that you married me and I didn't date him after I found out." "Let's wait until the verdict arrives and if he's guilty, we will celebrate."
