CHAPTER 34 -Heavens Arena-

Third person POV

Gon twisted the doorknob and discovered himself in a cozy hotel room. Feeling excited about his new room, he quickly ran inside the room to explore its interior and soon followed by Rin and Killua.

"So this is our room?" Rin wondered in awe as she looked around the room.

"We're up so high! Look at the view!"Gon leaned his face against the window.

"Awesome!" Rin exclaimed as soon as she saw the view outside.

"Yeah." Killua nodded as he looked at the beautiful view. It wasn't so surprising for him since he had been here before unlike his two excited friends. Being up high sure give them the best view of the city.

Suddenly, they heard a soft sigh coming from their female friend.

"We can only afford one room, huh?"

Like Zushi had said, they can only have their own private room when they reach the 100th floor. Now, they can only afford one bedroom with the insane cost of living in the Heavens Arena.

"It's not that bad. I mean, this is not our first time in the same room." Gon assured her with a smile.

It's true. It wasn't their first time together in the same room. During the Hunter Exam, they were locked in a room for fifty hours. Besides, Gon and Rin had also spent the night together at the servants quarters during their stay in Kukuroo Mountain. It wasn't as bad as she thinks. Even so, there's a teeny tiny problem at hand. And Killua had figured it out sooner than the rest of them.

"Yeah, but the problem is... We only have two beds." He pointed at the two beds in the room.

"What's the problem?" Gon blinked his eyes questioningly causing Killua to slap his forehead.

"Gon, there's three of us. And one of them is a 'girl'." He pointed at Rin causing the girl to scowl.

"Hey!"

"Then why don't one of us sleep on the couch?" Gon suggested.

"And who would that be?" Killua folded his arms against his chest.

"Well, if no one volunteer then I will." Gon raised his hand, volunteering himself. But then, Rin shook her head in disapproval.

"Nuh-uh, the three of us are able to sleep on the bed." She said.

"You're kidding me, right?" Killua raised his right eyebrow.

"What...? We slept together before, it's not that bad. Besides, we just need to combine the two beds."

"The two bed is far apart, how are we gonna combine them?" Killua noted as they look at the bed which was located at each corner of the room.

Then, he saw Rin walked towards one of the bed and placed her hand underneath it. With only one hand, she lifted the bed with ease.

"Like this?"

"Look, I know you're strong, you don't have to show off." Killua rolled his eyes.

"I'm not showing off, I'm just solving the problem at hand," Rin dropped the bed next to the other bed.

"There, problem solve." Rin dusted her hand with the look of satisfaction on her face.

"Yeah right," Killua walked towards the door before stopping himself.

"I'm off to buy some drinks outside, want one?" He offered before placing his palm around the doorknob.

"Sure, your treat." Gon said cheerfully earning a sigh from Killua.
