I was sitting downstairs on the sofa. Bekah had brought me some of my clothes from the mansion while i was showering.

Marcel walked to me and handed me a drink. I took it and took a sip.

I shook my head "i can't believe it"

Bekah sat next to me with an arm around me.

Me "Last night he was telling me how much i meant to him, how much he loved me and....this just doesn't make any sense"

Bekah "Are you sure that it was him?."

Me "The person obviously looked like him. "

Bekah looked at Marcel "what do you think, Marcel?"

Marcel "i think, that she is the only person in this world that he won't hurt"

Bekah nodded.

Marcel "where is your necklace?"

Me "I gave it to Hope to stope her from doing magic"

Bekah "Maybe it was Dahlia who did this to you...i mean..it would make sense"

I groaned "and i begged him not to come near me"

Bekah shook her head "you couldn't know"

Me "You think he killed Aiden ?"

Marcel "It's Klaus we are talking about"

Beka "my brother has lost his mind"

Marcel "Do you think it was him who killed Aiden"

I shook my head "I don't know what to think anymore but it wouldn't surprise me either"

Marcel nodded. 

I looked at Marcel "What is it?"

He had this look on his face.

I looked at Rebekah "Rebekah?"

Rebekah "There's something we haven't told you"

I raised an eyebrow. 

Rebekah " Kol and Davina created a dagger"

I raised an eyebrow at her "A dagger for what?"

She shot me a look. 

i shook my head "Nik can't be daggered. That's impossible "

Marcel "That's why Kol wanted the diamond for. To create a dagger against Klaus"

My jaw dropped " why?"

Rebekah "If Klaus decided to turn against us or lose his mind then there had to be a backup plan"

Me "Why do i get to know about this now?"

Marcel "Davina just told us"

I took a deep breath "i wanna talk to him first."

Then i stood up and made my way to the mansion.

At the mansion.

I walked upstairs into Nik's room.

 I saw him standing there  "did you kill Aiden?"

Nik turned to me and shook his head "No and neither did i lay hand on you"

I nodded "i believe you, Nik. I believe that it wasn't you who hurt me but did you kill Aiden?"

Nik shook his head "no"

I asked confused "then why did you admit it? why didn't you tell them that it wasn't you?"

Nik "they have to fear me, love"

I scoffed. 

Nik "but you have to believe that i never harmed you"

I nodded "i do. I was- i was just shocked last night"

He breathed out relieved "thank god"

Me "But maybe it's for the best if you keep yourself out of the Mission to kill Dahlia"

Nik raised an eyebrow "what are you talking about?"

Me "i love you, Nik. "

i kissed him.

Suddenly he gasped. I let go of him with tears in my eyes. Elijah then shoved the dagger deeper in Nik's heart.

Rebekah came up behind me. Nik looked at us betrayed with tears in his eyes.

He slowly turned grey. Then Freya came. His eyes closed and his body went limp.

I blinked my tears away.

I walked to Elijah. I hugged him from the side. It was hard for him. 

Suddenly the church bell rang.
