Nik and i were sitting downstairs on the mini bar. I took a sip of my grip. Elijah walked downstairs.

Nik "i trust Freya had no luck finding that witch"

Elijah "not in the...Seven minutes since your last inquiry, Niklaus, no."

Nik gave him a drink.

Nik "Aurora's involvement changes everything. If Aya and the Strix had the oak, we could at least be certain you were not the target. But with the weapon in Aurora's hands..."

Elijah "i do wonder which one of us she'll try and kill first."

Me "mhmm"

They looked at me.

Me "i mean, you, Nik, broke her heart, and you, Eli, broke her mind. Or she comes after me because i, Nik, have your heart"

Nik shook his head  "i won't let that happen, love"

Elijah "i suppose both of us share the sin of Tristan's unceremonious burial at the sea."

Nik nodded  "mm. It's normally we who pose the threat to our intimates. It's an odd feeling... The role reversed."

I stood up and they looked at me. I gulped my drink down.

Me "I'm going to have a drink with the knew leader of the Strix"

Nik nodded "Be careful"

I smiled "I'm always careful"

Elijah scoffed and hid his smile.

I rolled my eyes "See you later, guys"

Then i walked out.

I took my phone out and called Marcel.

Marcel "Hey, A"

Me "Hey, Marc. I'm coming over. "

Marcel "Then why are you calling?"

Me "because i don't want to interrupt a meeting or something"

I could hear him chuckle "As if you would care if i had a meeting"

I smiled "see ya"

Then i hung up. Suddenly i heard a pang and a pain in my shoulder. I looked at it. It was an arrow.

Then i heard a chuckle.

I gornaed and began to feel dizzy.

The last thing i saw was red hair and everything went black.
