JUSTIN BIEBER'S NEW GIRL
After much speculation about who Bieber's new girlfriend might be, we think he might've just revealed her identity on Instagram!
Yesterday, Bieber liked and commented on a girl's photo. His comment read: "you're so beautiful." To add fuel to the gossip fire, he had actually liked a few of her photos last week too.
The girl in question is Charlotte Windsor, a fan of the Biebs and sources say, she's a recent university graduate.
In looking at Windsor's Instagram account, it appears she has been in São Paulo, Brazil at the same time as Bieber and she even posted a photo that resembles Bieber very much. Also, she attended his Lima, Peru show and posted a shot from the show to her account.

PHOTO: Windsor posted a shot of someone very much like Bieber, sleeping.
Windsor is yet to respond to Bieber's flirty compliment and since then, hasn't posted another photo. Bieber is currently in Bogotá, Columbia after taking a late night private flight to there from Quito, Ecuador.
