Victoria's P.O.V.

It's been a week since we started training and we've actually gotten a lot closer and I've started target practice I'm pretty good if I do say so myself just like mom said.

She called me three or four times since I've been here she seems to be okay and we'll be able too go back soon......hopefully.

Right now we have to go to the mall and shopping for groceries cause we're all out.

We were strolling down the supermarket isles looking for pasta and Edgar put two huge bars of dark chocolate into the trolley

''Ok so you're a chocoholic?'' I was genuinely shocked but it's bitter so I guess it suits him quite well

''Yep only dark chocolate though the rest of them are too sweet'' Just as I thought underneath it al he's a bitter old man

I'm laughing so hard right now

Internally of course.

''Ok I'll add that to the list of things I know about you'' I joked but seriously I'm gonna do it I legit have a list in my bedroom.

''What's wrong with milk chocolate though it's my favorite?''

''I don't know it's really sweet and I can't tolerate it, it's diabetes waiting to happen''

''How dare you, what else are you gonna tell me you hate ice cream'' I gasped

''Actually I can tolerate that but only the normal flavors I don't do cotton candy or any of that crap (A/N sorry).

''My favorite flavor is actually chocolate'' I smiled dreamily

''You really are special''

''What?''

''You talk about ice cream as if it were a delicate flower''

''Of course, ice cream is a sacred food that almost everyone excluding you cherishes'' he chuckled

''Ok ok I get it no one messes with it''

''Exactly''

We came to the beverages isle

''Ok let's play a game I'll guess what your favorite drink is and you'll guess mine'' he said

''Ok a challenge. It's on'' he smirked

''ok I go first'' I said

''Which one is my favorite coconut water, apple juice or orange juice''

He looked at me for second

''Apple juice''

''Correct, but how'd you know''

''Your body language when you said apple juice your smile widened and your eyes lit up''

''Well it seems that you know me quite well'' he eyed me for a while

What is with him and staring at me at the most random times

''Ok your turn'' I urged

Emotions flashed in his silver orbs, he is so cute

''whiskey, beer, champagne''

Hmm he doesn't seem like a beer person champagne, could be but he looks like one of those old souls who enjoy a good glass of whiskey

''Whiskey'' he smirked

''What if I said you were wrong'' he straightened his posture

''I'd say you lying'' I took a step closer, him towering over me, we were a little too close right now

Bam!!

We immediately looked to our right and saw a group of teenagers staring at us, so mesmerized that they dropped a glass bottle

''We should go'' my steps retreated

''Yeah''

We finished up and headed to the check out line, the kind lady gave us the total and we fought to pay it.

I mean the food was for both of us so I suggested we both pay but the idiot had already taken out some kind of car and it just happened so quickly but I'm pissed. I don't want to depend on anyone especially sine I put a gallon of ice cream in there I should have paid the bill. This isn't over I still have things to say, just wait until we get in the car.

We exited the supermarket into the cold weather that was slowly fading and turning warm showing the first signs of spring.

I noticed him staring and the bright sky with the ghost of a smile on his chiseled face.

''It's beautiful isn't it'' he looked at me

''Yeah it is'' he smiled showing his canines to me

Wow first time I've seen him smile this wide. He's finally opening up to me

We both got in the car and drove to our next stop
