Different worlds

Belle’s POV

I stepped over the border onto the Vampire’s side, I was a special breed of Werewolf, I was a half breed and the other half of me came from the Feline side. They ranged from all different types of large cats, panthers, lions, tigers etc.

The Werewolf side and the Feline side lived in Harmony, still staying as individual Realms but being free to cross over at any time. The vampire side however, we were forbidden.

Of course there were other Realms in the world but the main ones were always the Realms surrounding you, the werewolf realm bordered with the vampire and the feline realm.

The Vampires hated us Werewolves since of the history we shared. It was forbidden to cross over to the Vampire side, but I did. Often as well. It was so peaceful and quiet. The part that I walked in was a deserted forest, No Vampires came there because no animals lived there to hunt.

I let my claws grow out as I scaled up the tree, choosing a high branch and perching myself up there. I looked around, smiling at the silence, I spread my hearing out, listening on the conversations that were in the range, normally there was nothing but today I could hear 5 voices.

“Yeah I’m sure that this place is deserted, no one even comes here”

Damn, I have to get out of here. I spotted them in the distance, climbing down and running away as fast as possible, I could not afford to be seen in my Feline or Werewolf form so I sprinted in my human form.

“HUMAN! Get her!”

Shoot I had been spotted. 5 boys instantly surrounded me.

“Trying to escape human?” one of the boys scolded.

“No, I don’t even live here” I spoke, I was a little scared, I hadn’t exactly paid attention when we were being educated on Vampire abilities. I knew how to be in combat with them and I knew how to fight but apparently there were signs for different abilities that I hadn’t paid attention to.

“She’s not human” the blonde one spoke.

What..

“Interesting, you’re a Feline cross between a werewolf.” He continued, interest sparkling in his eyes.

How did he…

“I’m a telepath love, I can read your mind” a voice echoed in my mind.

I stared at the blonde boy, ignoring the others. He stared back at me with gentle blue eyes, hands in his pockets.

“Then I want to drain this one” a hand was placed on my shoulder, my immediate reaction to grip him and tug him over my body onto the ground.

All the boys flexed, fists tightening. I let out a frequency scream, sending them all into pain. The frequency was something I learnt, it stunned them for a while to let me escape.

I stopped after 10 seconds, transforming and quickly running away, my paws thudding hard on the forest floor, I reached the stream within seconds, jumping over it and resting on my side. I transformed back into my human form, catching my breath. The 5 boys appeared at their side, standing in a line boldly.

I smirked at them, standing up and walking off.

“Don’t cross again or we’ll know!” one of them shouted.

I dismissed them with my hand, continuing to walk away.
