Chapter 7

Belle’s POV

“I am so sorry he wasn’t home last night, and I understand that you were very worried but I asked him to stay with me and continue our Tinker bell marathon” I told his mum.

Jay buried his head in his hands, since ‘tinker bell was so childish and I’d never been seen watching it’ but I knew he secretly liked it a little. Just a little.

“Oh that’s alright, just remember to inform us next time” she smiled sweetly.

“Now, do you want any eggs and bacon, I’ve still got some on the stove” she spoke.

“Yes please” I hardly ever refused an offer for food.

I sat down opposite to him on the table.

“Any plans for today?” I asked.

“Gaming” he replied.

I chuckled, knowing that it was the obvious answer.

“Eat up you two” his mum placed a plateful of food down between us both.

Jay’s family treated me like I was their own and vice versa with my family. Our parents were both in the same position and worked together a lot of the time.

*Later*

After receiving a telepathic distress call I sprinted over to the vampire Realm to see what was happening.

I quickly transformed into my human form before walking into their hut.

“What happened? I got a call from Niall” I gushed at Harry who sat on the couch.

“Hmm? Nup, there’s nothing wrong, Niall probably just wanted you here” he shrugged.

He stood up, walking over to me. I frowned at his appearance, from the several times I had been near him he was a lot taller than he was right now. At the moment he was just the same height as me, and those eyes were brown…

It wasn’t Harry.

I realised this as soon as he lunged at me and clamped a hand down over my mouth. He collided his fist into my stomach, sending me down to the ground. I screamed as he pressed a weak mix of half silver and white gold to my hand, muttering something about me to keep quiet.

I was knocked out with a harsh slap to the face, a silver ring on his hand giving a burning sensation to my cheek before I blacked out.

Liams POV

We had been captured and taken for crossing over Realms, I think the police had not been informed for the trial that made it okay for crossing over.

“We found your friend and your hearing is tomorrow morning” they shoved a lifeless body forward, shallow breath leaving her body.

We all rushed around her, examining her wounds.

“Her hand and face are in a bad condition” I stated.

“She will heal from it, give her until morning” Zayn spoke.

I nodded, lifting her up onto one of the beds and covering her up.

There was no way I could heal her in the cell since it was specially designed to numb our powers and take away our vampire skills, so it basically made us human.

Zayn sat down on the edge of her bed, observing her as she lay down.

“I’m going to rest for the hearing tomorrow” Niall yawned.

He curled up in a bed, telling everyone goodnight before closing his eyes.

*Next morning*

We were called to go into the hearing, a special collar being clamped over our necks to continue numbing our powers.

“Mr Payne, Mr Horan, Mr Malik, Mr Tomlinson and Mr Styles, you were seen in the werewolf Realm, exactly 3 days ago at 11:45 pm, do you confirm or deny that statement?” the judge asked.

“We confirm that of course, but what about the trial allowing Vampires to cross into the werewolf Realm and vice versa.” I stated.

“We are not aware of that trial” he leant in, an inquisitive look on his face.

“Yeah, my dad was there when it happened, he said that everyone was made aware of it” Zayn spoke up.

His dad was a part of the Vampire council so he would know a lot about everything that’s happening.

The judge stared at us all, looking like he was receiving a message about some information.

“Right, I’ve just been updated about the trial. We apologise that we were not made aware of the trial, it seems that there has been a huge misunderstanding and you are free of all charges, we do apologise about your friend as well” he brought the mallet down onto the wooden table, signalling that the hearing was over.

“Bloody hell, check the law before you do this to us” Niall complained as they un-clamped his collar.

“Not my area bud” he yanked Niall’s off harshly, looking pissed off at us.
